So I had set up an apt for 12-2 on Thursday a week prior and 2 days ahead of time... did not show up called at 3 just to get a no response. They called at 4 saying that they were 30 min away. Then again at 6 saying that they are not gonna show being that they were over an hour away and at all do to weather. Understandable... told me that they were gonna get to use between 9/10 am next morning. Called at 908 am an hour away. Called again at 1024- 27 min away. It became 1109- still not here. Finally called me at 1pm saying that they were right down the road! Not happy at all! You make an apt especially if it is 1st thing in the morning. People take time off work. The reason why I has a slight attitude with the company was because they kept telling me they were 30 min away until they told me they were not showing up. And then when they finally decided to call and say they were on the way(bin wich my husband told the to just go home because I had to go to work) was 1pm! The apt was reset for 9am that morning. Claiming they had a flat tire... One thing I have noticed about this company is that it is always the client's fault when they are given a pour review. Well maybe you should schedule a little better- when we made the 1st apt to move we were told that we were the only appointment on the docket that day. But when it came time for the moving day they had schedule a 3 person move 2 hours away 4 hours before my appointment. And there were several complications with the prior appointment. So how about instead of blaming the client- maybe take responsibility for the screw up made by your employees- and stop lieing to your clients!
