We purchased wood flooring from Interior Pros. We wanted to install the flooring ourselves and Mat & Kristina were very helpful in advising us on what we would need and answered any questions we had on laying the flooring. We couldn't happier with how it turned out and it looks amazing. We would purchase from them again if we ever need flooring again. A great shop to work with, helpful and informative.

He's is professional, personable and always punctual. They have a wonderful show room in San Luis Obispo that is laid out beautifully and easy to navigate to find what you need. Outstanding Craftsmanship! Matt Ward of Interior Pros Online is an amazing professional! We contracted Matt Ward to install our flooring in a fixer-upper we just purchased in San Luis Obispo. Our original pick of flooring went into back-order and he provided several solutions to keep with the integrity of our design plan. We had several contractors in and out of their phase of our renovation. Flooring is typically your final stage. Our project went into a standstill from another contractor, and Matt took on the additional tile work for our backsplash and fireplace. He was so attentive to the details of each project. It looks amazing! Matt is a true professional and a wonderful individual! I would recommend him and his company to anyone looking to have someone you can trust to deliver quality craftsmanship from beginning to end of project!

I purchased laminate flooring from Interior Pros for our new house. They were very helpful and professional. The product was delivered on time and exactly what we ordered. I recently needed a couple more boxes of the laminate to put into our motorhome. Kristina was very helpful in making sure the product was still available. After the project was completed I found that I needed to returned a couple of boxes that I did not use. Again, Kristina was extremely helpful and quick to respond with a solution for the return of the product. I would recommend this company to anyone. If I every need more flooring, I will definitely call them first.

We had Interior pros install hardwood floors for a majority of the house we just purchased. It was a complicated job because they had to replace stairs and most of the house is not regular so they had a lot of tricky edges to do. The stairs were particularly difficult, and they did an exquisite job. From start to finish they were a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable and efficient and had a tremendous work ethic. They are also lovely people and it was a delight to have Matt and Jerry in our house for all those days!!! We would recommend them for any job, and my guess would be that they would be wonderful for truly creative projects that require a lot of attention.

We consulted with Matt and hired him to repair and restore our hardwood floors. The day before he was to begin the project, we incurred major water damage in the house. Matt provided options and assisted us in the decision making process as to how to proceed since the floors were now badly damaged. He removed the damaged wood and installed all new beautiful oak flooring. We are so pleased with the results and everyone that sees the floors just loves them! Thank you Matt for your excellent craftsmanship.

Interior Pros Online are wonderful to work with! They have many years experience in flooring and I selected them because they seemed to know a lot about the latest products and installation methods. I asked many questions, and they were always happy to provide thorough answers. My project involved a custom tile design and many square feet of hardwood with a carpet inset in one area - so not a simple installation. They helped me with design ideas and kept me focused on the best quality materials for my budget. The installation was on time, careful, and they did a great job of cleaning up. They're nice people who genuinely seem to care about what they do....don't find that very often these days!

"Matt came out the very next day and looked over my job, refinished one board so I could see what to expect; gave me a firm estimate for Great Room, Dining Area & Hallway. They started started the job in 2 days, and completed it in 2 days. Total of 5 days from start to finish, and did a beautiful job on a floor that I thought was too far gone to save. I highly recommend.

We hired Matt to re-grout our tile shower. He responded right away, did the work promptly and very well, at a reasonable price. The shower looks like new again and we are very pleased. Matt is a pleasant and reliable person. We would hire him again.

My wife and I have hired Interior Pros a few times. The first project was installation of beautiful hardwood floors in most of our home. We were very satisfied with the product quality and workmanship. Interior Pros exceeded our expectations. They also have performed two tile jobs for us. One in doors and the other out doors. The owner, Matt Ward, was great. He and his team are real experienced and professional. We would recommend them for all of your hardwood and tile projects.
