Jason Bailey

Jason Bailey designed our Dream home for us. It is in the final stages of construction which has gone incredibly smoothly, largely down to Jason's attention to detail and design. We interviewed several architects before settling on Jason and have been so pleased and relieved with our decision ever since. We had a very tight timeframe and a big challenge to get Resource Consent through council. Jason made sure this process went as quickly and smoothly as possible. His initial concept drawing blew us away. It covered all our wish list bullet points, was better than we could ever have imagined and it took full advantage of what the site had to offer. He is completely unflapable, efficient and on time with every deadline and promise. Throughout the whole construction, we decided to change 2 very minor things from the plans (one was omitting a sky light) which shows how much attention to detail went into his drawings for consent. This has saved us a lot of time and money not having to go back to council for variations. We have found Jason and his entire team incredibly good to work with and it certainly felt like a shared project rather than an Architect / Client relationship. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Jason Bailey and his team.
