Our project started in January of 2021 and we still had no construction plans as of April 2022. Needless to say I had to find a new architect and lost 17k to a very incapable designer. Joe is not an architect he is a designer which would have be helpful in my decision to choose an architect for my project has I have known this first.

Joe and his team came up with a fantastic design for a master bedroom closet and bathroom renovation. Many people are looking for more space in their closets and a place to feel refreshed and rejuvenated. Joe and his team accomplished both of these, with a wonderful design featuring a 3rd floor closet and luxurious master bath.

Joe Costantin is a remarkable Architect. I am always amazed at how he comes up with the ideas he does. He can take a sketch on a cocktail napkin and turn it into a beautiful work of art.

Joe and I have worked together for many years and his talents speak for themselves. He and his firm have created some of the most amazing residences I've had the pleasure of working on. I look forward to the next project!

My wife and I decided to build a house in northern New Jersey some time ago. The house was to be the culmination of many years of planning on our part.
