Terrible experience. We have ended up hiring other subs the last two months to fix the problems he has created. We still have broken floors, broken barn door, expensive bbq left out in the elements, pocket doors put in incorrectly, walls with texture and smooth texture. His mud/taper never came out to fix the walls and his electrician won’t come out to fix several issues and his painter has over-sprayed walls and furniture. We payed him in April and our small addition (1600 sq ft) is still without stucco. He recently told a friend of ours he can’t finish our house because he has several multi million dollar projects going on.. what the?!? My basement flooded several times before we realized the foundation had not been sealed. The new concrete fixer could see into my house from outside!!! Jeremy’s solution was to tarp around the foundation and put dirt and mulch.. not kidding!!! We have just recently discovered there isn’t insulation in the ceiling of our basement. They pulled it out, but didn’t replace it. His HVAC guy almost left my dryer vent in the ceiling without venting it. My husband had to point it out and have them fix it. Jeremy told me there was no avoiding a terrible drop down vent. He said they went over every scenario and couldn’t avoid it. It had 9 bends in it. I hired someone else to get rid of it- 1 bend!!! My guy couldn’t believe how inefficient their work was. My little addition is a mess- the workmanship is absurd and the lies are too much and too often. He has tried to hide other jobs bills into my invoices, along with billing me for tools he should already have- shop vacs, air compressors etc. I could go on and on, but just wanted to issue a warning..
