We hired Mighty Oak Builders to design and build a pergola and modify our existing screened porch. We had an idea of what we wanted but knew we were going to rely heavily on their expertise. Turned out the be the best experience I have ever had with any type of contractor or service provider. From the first phone call (Kyle answered right away) throughout the project until the end, the team exceeded expectations. Every aspect of the project was on target from the beginning; the day they started, the budget and the time estimated for completion were all exactly as we had discussed when we signed the contract. Scott made dealing with the day to day construction as easy as possible. They communicated every step of the way, cleaned up every day and checked in to make sure we were happy with the progress. All very important when you have construction going on in the backyard for 5 weeks! Hire Kyle and his team, you'll be happy you did.

Kyle Dunbar is truly the ultimate professional. We were planning to add an addition and remodel the interior of a home built in 1937. After touring the house at our first meeting, Mr. Dunbar listened very carefully to our ideas and needs and the budget we had in mind. Within a couple of weeks, he had drawings with an estimate that outlined everything we had talked about. However, the estimate was over our desired budget, so he went back to the drawing table and with a few changes came up with a very workable plan...that included everything we wanted.
