We were able to be onsite almost everyday and saw the superior workmanship. Even the service after the renovation completion has been exceptional. It was great to have an ease of communication. They showed amazing patience with change orders ...and oooooh did we have change orders. OK..OK... just me... I had change orders...I just wanted to get it exactly how my mind’s was seeing it. MCH built our home to perfection! We are very fortunate to have received a glowing recommendation for them after we had already put a deposit down with another builder. After meeting with Hayden and hearing what they had to offer we knew immediately that MCH was the company we had been looking for all along. Our home build was one of the greatest experiences of our lives! Our project manager Jason laid everything out for us from the get go. The communication from him and the rest of the company was fantastic. We always knew what was going on and when. As first time home builders we were nervous and new to a lot of things. Jason helped tremendously with this. He made a ton of recommendations and always had an answer for any question we asked. Rest assured that you will be in good hands with MCH!

MCH stepped in after we had to get rid of our first builders. It was a daunting task and a lot had not been done properly beforehand but they were absolutely wonderful. They were at the house and working on it every day. They had not anticipated finding some of the problems from the previous builder but were absolutely great about all of it. They never asked for more money or asked to leave and made sure we understood what the problems were and why they needed to be fixed. By then end the house looked so nice that it was featured in a magazine. I would recommend them to anyone who was looking to build a home.

We hired MCH to build our forever home on just under 2 acres but when we found an existing home on over 3 acres, we canceled that project and hired them to do the remodel of that home. Phase 1 has just been completed and we could not be happier with the MCH team. Their level of professionalism, honesty and attention to detail is unparalleled in the industry. As real estate industry professionals, that means a lot to us. We look forward to Phase 2 of our build which includes an addition to the home. We won’t look anywhere else but to the MCH team to make that happen.

Mansfield Custom Homes is just that... EVERYTHING IS CUSTOM. Its made to order. My wife and I enjoyed working with Stoney Short and his entire team, including his Superintendent John Kirpach. It seem to us that their major focus was on ensuring that we got the dream home we were attempting to build, while at the same time having the knowledge and competency to make sure the home was structurally and architecturally perfect. Both Stoney and John are very attentive to detail which is obvious by seeing the end product. When we build again, there is no doubt, we will be hiring Mansfield Custom Homes again. I found the team at Mansfield Custom Homes to be extremely professional, courteous, and fair in their pricing. After viewing the quality of work in a house project they were building, I contracted with Mansfield Custom Homes regarding some re-modeling work on my existing house to get it ready for market. They did a great job! No doubt, their work helped get my house sold. If I had not already purchased another house, I would have considered building a new one with Mansfield Custom Homes. When the bug bites me again to build, I have no doubt that they will be at the top of my list for builders I will look at.
