My husband and I could not be happier with the services provided by Mike and Danny. They recently completed a complete kitchen renovation and added stairs to our deck. They are both extremely attentive to detail and determined to make sure you are happy with their work. They walked us through each step of the way and were always prompt to answer any questions we had. Strianese brothers are truly trustworthy and just wonderful down to earth guys. We will never hesitate to call them for future renovations.

Just completed a major 1st floor renovation with Mike and Danny. Two solid owner operated contractors well known to the Oceanside community. Throughout the renovation of our kitchen, bathroom, dining room they offered many suggestions to guide us through the renovation. What you don’t see to often anymore is that they are always at the site doing the work or overseeing the speciality trades work. Their tile company was top notch and laid a beautiful level porcelain floor throughout the kitchen and dining room. Their electrician was meticulous wiring up the new lights/outlets/ and our A/C. Having the utmost respect for our home and family, they left everything as clean as could be everyday. This meant a lot to my family and I. Pricing of the project was very fair and any add ons were priced right. The payment schedule was right in line with progress completed throughout the job. Always nice to make a payment when you see the actual work completed. What was really nice after 4 months of work there was no list of things that needed to be fixed or redone. These 2 guys took pride in their work and made sure we were satisfied with the job they were doing. Not sure anyone can come across a general contractor as genuine as Mike and Dan. Highly recommend this company and will look forward to working with them again.

The Strianese Brothers, Mike and Dan, are the best in the business. They are attentive, they are on-site, they make money-saving recommendations and they are patient. They put in a 9-foot slider in my kitchen, new upstairs windows, sided the house, and then a large composite wood deck. My wife and I had an idea of what we wanted and they were patient in guiding us through to the final product. They never skipped a step or cut corners, everything was done to code. After dealing with other workers from tree trimmers, to fence installers and plumbers, they were a revelation in how they cleaned up each and every day. I can go on about different anecdotes but at the end of the day they treat my house and my family as if it was their own.

We just finished our second and third jobs with Strianese Brothers. They gutted and refinshed our upstairs full bathroom and did a refresh in the bathroom on the lower level, changing out the floor, sink, and vanity. As always, from start to finish, the jobs were done impeccably. Mike and Danny are so easy to work with and guide you every step of the way. The quality of their work is consistently impressive and every detail is thought out and taken care of. We cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Mike and Danny. Mike and Dan just repaired my roof and did an excellent job. They were honest, reliable and efficient. Such nice people too! I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

So we just did our bathroom and we used the strianese brothers I cannot thank them enough for not only giving us a beautiful bathroom but for suggesting things we didn’t even know was available to us their hard work shows and they are very loyal! The Strianese Brothers recently did a phenomenal job replacing our second floor windows. They gutted and renovated our kitchen in 2016, and it is still pristine. We are planning for Strianese Brothers to renovate our master bath. I cannot wait!!

We recently had our very old bathroom completely ripped out and replaced by Strianese Brothers. We are so happy with the final results! From our first meeting, I knew that we made the right choice. Mike Strianese came through for me after a tree fell on my house during the storm, damaging my roof and gutter. He did a complete inspection inside & out & explained everything to me in detail. He was so professional, polite and helpful. Did a great job & made a stressful situation much more manageable. I can’t say enough about him and Strianese Brothers. I recommend them highly!!

When we bought our house from Mike and Dan in 2016, we instantly loved the property and quickly trusted the two of them. They were patient with our questions as first time home buyers and even offered good advice about maintenance, etc. which showed us that they were proud of their work product, genuinely invested in the house they had built and the people they hoped would buy it. When we recently decided to add a deck in our yard we weren't sure if that was a project they'd be interested in so we first reached out asking for their recommendation since we have gotten good feedback from them in the past. Ultimately they offered to help us with the job and we were so relieved to be able to rely on them knowing what solid work they do. Within one visit/conversation to explain what we wanted, they drew up a plan and provided an estimate. Mike and Dan are personable, genuine and responsive. They aren't trying to get you to upgrade materials unnecessarily and based on their years of experience, will offer opinions about what is worth spending money on and what's not. They are true professionals with good taste and they're also really pleasant to be around! They anticipated the deck would take about 3 weeks to complete (give or take a little depending on weather cooperation) and it took them less time than expected. It looks beautiful and exactly as promised. The final cost matched their estimate, no surprises. Now we are patiently waiting for spring so we can truly enjoy it. We are so pleased to have the opportunity to share our recent experience with Strianese Brothers Construction. After determining we needed more space in our home, we met with Mike for a consultation to discuss possible options. We knew that we wanted to expand our existing family room and add a second story bedroom on top of that family room. From the first phone call, Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. During our first meeting, he took time listen to our ideas and helped us decide what was possible to do in terms of the extension. He also explained the process so we could understand it. He was patient and answered question after question. After deciding to move forward with the extension, Mike was able to suggest an architect to draw up the plans. It was an easy, flawless process. Once the plans were drawn up and submitted for the permit, we were able to begin the work. Mike and Danny were here every day doing the majority of the work themselves. That is rare to find in any business these days, let alone in construction. We have never met or dealt with more knowledgeable and professional contractors in the course of our home ownership. Their commitment to quality craftsmanship is second to none. In addition to their impeccable work, they kept us informed every step of the way. Each day they would let us know what was completed, what was upcoming, and what to expect moving forward. Any other professional brought in to do work (electricians, sheet rock and insulation installers, tape and spackle mechanics) were equally as professional and top notch. It’s clear why Strianese Brothers is a successful multi-generational company that has been around for over 40 years. Their outstanding work speaks for itself and their care and concern for their customers is both comforting and admirable. They always had our best interests and well-being at heart. The end result of our construction is better than we could have dreamed of. Our new family room is the showcase of our home and our new master bedroom is a stunning, relaxing space. Using Strianese Brothers was the best decision we could have made while upgrading our home. We truly cannot thank Strianese Brothers enough for all they have done for us.
