RCB Homes (RCB) was founded in 1994 on the basic principle of providing high-quality construction services at an affordable price. With hundreds of custom homes, townhouse, remodels, renovations, and commercial projects successfully completed, it’s still the same principle upon which we base each building decision today. RCB is owned and operated by small team that is involved in all day to day activities and decisions. RCB not only builds a home but also a relationship so we stand behind the work long after the project is complete. Clients have ranged from young professionals to large families and retired couples. Although diverse, RCB’s clients share one thing in common; they have built their dream project with RCB. Many happy homeowners have provided the highest compliment by referring RCB to friends and associates for their home building or remodel needs. RCB is centrally located along major transit arteries in Winter Garden, Florida, allowing us to efficiently build in many locations throughout Central Florida. We have an extensive selection of existing home plans to reference when a client wants to design a home. RCB is happy to build anywhere in Central Florida and we offer a range of contract options including Fixed Price, Fixed Fee and Cost-Plus arrangements.

RCB has a great team who helped tremendously in the building and design of our dream home. We were long distance during most of the building process but were kept in the loop well enough to feel like we were there. Would recommend without hesitation.

RCB was hired to build-out the interior of a 4900SF office space for my company. The project was well managed and I was regularly coordinated with on progress, decisions and scheduling. The new office space required enclosed offices, a conference room, a reception area, a business center, a kitchen and several spaces designated for cubicles including: insulated walls, floors, ceiling, HVAC, cabinetry, counter tops, wiring and lighting. The final project was better than I expected and was delivered on time. I would absolutely hire RCB Homes again.

RCB Homes completed a whole renovation project for our 6 bedroom 3 baths home. The work entailed a complete demolition of all downstairs and upstairs areas in order to implement the new design and finishing. The design consisted of installation of marble floors throughout the 1st floor, 3 full showers, complete kitchen remodel with granite countertops , new wood floor installation on 2nd floor and stairs rebuilding and finishing. RCB Homes did an excellent job with our home remodel. Throughout the whole process RCB Homes was responsive to all questions and accommodated many unforeseen scenarios that pop-up in construction projects of this size with a sense of commitment to ensure it was done professionally and in a timely manner. When certain issues came up with sub-contractors, RCB Homes was prepared and ensured that the matter was addressed to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend RCB Homes for any construction needs as they stood out as a company that takes pride in their work, does a professional job and aims to ensure the best customer satisfaction.

Adrian and Warren were easy to work with, met all deadlines (job complete in 3 months), were responsive to all questions and phone calls (there were many), and truly did a fantastic job! Each day, the men cleaned up after themselves, even sweeping up. Warren, our job site manager, was always available via text or phone, even on weekends. When an issue arose with a subcontractor and their mistakes, RCB helped to correct all issues to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking to remodel, renovate, or build a new home. They will provide quality work and great service!

I hired RCB to supervise my home construction, we had initial meetings to discuss drawings, in this stage they were very helpful with suggestions as how it will look better or why I better chose another option in the façade or distribution or fixtures, gave all kinds of websites from where to select my options. During construction they requested quotes with different contractors and they showed me all quotes with their recommendation, I will choose which to hire. RCB is very accurate with budget and follow it strictly, helping me avoid overruns. I visited construction daily and they always answered my questions and helped me understand the why's. They foreman was very helpful and dedicated to my construction, he pushed everyone as needed to finish on time and within budget. We had no problems with County supervision and approvals. They returned all my calls. I will recommend they services to any one

I am pleased to share we are in our dream home and all credit goes to RCB Homes. After hearing horror stories of designing/building a home, our experience was simply the opposite. They led us to a home of luxury at a lower cost than we anticipated. Their knowledge, professionalism and overall abilities in home building set a new standard in the industry. Never did we experience a problem without a ready solution. Never an excuse of what couldn't be done, only ways to get it done. There were no 'surprises' as they always gave us total information to allow us to make informed decisions. Never did we feel we needed to 'keep watch'. We were able to just let them do what they know to do. They worked with respect from the top members of the company and down through all the subs. It is with great pleasure to provide this review.

If you are looking to remodel your home, I can unequivocally recommend RCB Homes. They have contradicted all the bad reports you hear about troublesome contractors in home remodel projects. They have been simply excellent throughout the process. They have been responsive throughout the process, returning my calls in a very timely manner, usually the same day. They have shown attention to detail, reviewing the work of the subcontractors and ensuring that the job was done right. When I brought concerns to their attention, they did not quibble, but listened and took action to ensure that the issue was addressed. Their contractors were all timely and respectful and performed excellent workmanship. My neighbors are raving about the finished product...telling me they are grateful for the view! I could not recommend RCB more highly and could not be more pleased with the finished product.
