Helping clients get an enjoyable hassle free experience is the aim. Renovations can be a difficult process to work through so its great being there to help clients make informed and educated choices. Mark and his team are great assets to have on your side when working through a renovation project. Previously to Refresh Mark worked as a project manager in the utility industry and also as a design engineer. This experience set the platform to be able to understand, implement and manage large scale projects with confidence. Every project has three key factors being quality, time and cost. These all need to be balanced carefully (and safely) to give an outcome that everyone is happy with. A professional and trustworthy approach is also critical to ensure that all stakeholders involved can combine to produce great results. Before working in the utility industry Mark travelled through Europe in a campervan for six months. This experience gave not only the chance to see some of the worlds oldest architecture and amazing buildings, but also to gain wonderful experiences spending time in different countries with different cultures. Before doing an OE and living in Europe, Mark spent five years living in the city of Melbourne in Australia. This time was spent working with a multinational asset management company and previous to that Mark did his time as a tradesman mastering the craft of plumbing and gasfitting. This initial trade knowledge is now invaluable when dealing with the trades that are inherently a major component of any renovation.
