About Us

Reynolds Design + Construction is a construction firm located in Rochester, MN. We are available for work on almost any residential remodeling project and do light commercial remodeling as well. As a Design/Build firm we will help you through the remodeling process from the first drafts to the final punch list. We have a small carpentry team that does most of our framing and trim work and we work with some of the best subcontractors in the Rochester area. Above all, we are committed to building strong relationships with our customers and producing high quality remodeling work.

Services Provided

Any and all home remodeling services, including but not limited to: Kitchens, Bathrooms, Additions, and Basements. We also perform light commercial remodeling.

I hired Dave Reynolds as the general contractor for a major kitchen/1st floor renovation. Dave was very helpful through the project definition and estimating phase. His crew was timely and competent. There was a mistake made when a knock-down texture was added to the ceiling when I had specified smooth. Dave acknowledged the mistake and fixed it the very next day at no extra charge. Everyone loves the final results and I get complements all the time. I recommend Dave Reynolds. He is very easy to work with, does a great job and stands by his work.

Dave is a consummate professional. His attention to detail and quality practices make him extremely valuable among lots of remodeling contractors. I would encourage anyone who is considering an addition or renovation to contact Dave and have him give you a bid. A really nice contractor who you can actually talk to, and who listens.
