About Us

R. H. Residential Renovations is a full service general contractor, helping home owners transform their homes to provide the ultimate livability for the present and future. Through honesty, integrity and quality craftsmanship, we establish trusting relationships with our clients, and to those whom they refer us, that lead to partnerships in the care of their homes. Owner Bob Holte has been involved in residential renovations in Dallas and surrounding communities for 30 years. His Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Education has provided him a solid foundation on which to build his extensive knowledge of residential construction. Holte stays current in the industry through his affiliations with the national, regional, and local chapters of NAHB, NARI, and DBA.

Bob and his team repaired my freestanding garage and did great work. It was leaking and needed siding repair and painting, and they did all of that quickly and professionally for a reasonable cost. I would use them again.

From roof repairs to major exterior remodel, Bob Holte and his company have completed multiple projects on our home over the years with stellar results. In addition to his complete integrity and impeccable attention to detail, Bob ensured subcontractors always kept the worksite clean and debris-free over several weeks of work. We couldn't have been more pleased with the results and we were not at all surprised to learn that his company received the Dallas Builder's ARC award for building excellence and best curb appeal renovation after completing our remodel. I highly recommend this company!

Worked with Bob to remove our weight bearing brick fireplace in the middle of our living room. Very friendly crew. They did a fantastic job to support the ceiling, repair the roof and the outside wall. Most importantly, they put good protections inside the house and above the roof, and were very careful on removing the bricks. The roof was newly replaced just before this project, and it was kept intact. Very appreciate their good work.

Our attic water heater broke and flooded three rooms of our home. We hired Bob Holte's company to do the repair. We were extremely please. Mr. Holte is a perfectionist. He even had his crew redo the ceiling in our livingroom because he wasn't pleased with the results.

RH Residential Renovations helped our family in a very difficult situation. A car ran into our home and the insurance company was being very difficult. RH Residential Renovations was able to work with the insurance company to make sure the job was done correctly. They provided quality work when we needed it most.

Why would I use Bob, well number one I like to use good Christian men and I think Bob fits that profile .Number two Bob does what he says he's going to do and he does it the old-fashion way the right way.Number three he has good prices. Number four shows up and does the job when he says he is going too.Number five if there is a problem you can bet that Bob will be there to take care of it.I think Bob is a first-class contractor and does excellent work. thank you, Mike
