Sandra Hunter Staging was truly outstanding. We interviewed three staging companies before selling our Seattle home in July 2018. Sandra's bid was considerably lower than the other two, but we would have selected her in any case. Sandra stood out way above the others for her very creative staging ideas, her knowledge, and professionalism. Her staging successfully highlighted the assets of our older (1904) home, while turning some of the minuses (e.g., an unused basement area) into an asset (a potential extra living unit). The feedback from all who viewed the house was uniformly enthusiastic. And the house sold in a softening market at 10 percent above the asking price. Sandra and her staff were fantastic, a pleasure to work with. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

We recently had her house staged with Hunter Home Staging and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everything went really smooth with the staging and I know it helped in selling. The estimate for the job was honest and carefully thought out, very detailed and a reasonable and fair estimate. The proposal was very clear and listed everything super clear. The actual staging materials and items were incredible- all high end furniture, super nice stuff, and just the level of detail that went into our staging was unexpected in a good way. They went above and beyond, adding little details and art and other items to just really make our house feel homey and warm. They definitely put a lot of time and thought into how it was setup also- it's obvious Sandra and her crew know what they are doing, and they have an incredible talent for interior design. Sandra was really easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They were flexible with the de-staging date and really worked to fit our schedule. They really took care of everything and made me feel confident they would get the job done, it was nice not to have to worry about the quality of staging when there's so much else to stress about- All I can say is we were very happy with the staging and the whole experience. She was very concerned about making sure anyone she worked with shared her values and quality standards. I learned that Sandra had been working in design and staging for over 8 years and she was very committed to the client. As we began to work together I learned just how talented Sandra was. She does not impose her will on others.
