We used NONA, on a recommendation from friends, on a six month project to completely refurbish and extend a four bed detached home. Stephen was involved from the very beginning of the project and his relaxed Kiwi style and extensive overseas experience gave him a great range of ideas for our home. His designs were modern and practical, but not cold. He was very willing to change the plans and adapt the plans to our needs and desires without any argument. During the project he brought on board a great team including the builder, window supplier, electrician, plumber, tiler, painter etc. all of whom could not have worked out better for us. The project was completed two weeks overtime but that was due to circumstances outside his control. Stephen more than paid for himself over the course of the project. His friendly, confident, competent, inclusive, non confrontational style proved to be a complete success for us and the project and I would have no hesitation on using Stephen and his team on another project.

NONA designed and oversaw my renovation and extension build to exacting standards. Provide me with exactly what I was looking for. Stephen, grasped the concept immediately and more or less got it with his first drawing. Thereafter it was minor modifications. An Edwardian period front of house with a contemporary extension contrasting the old with the new while maintaining the proportions and ceiling heights and bringing more light and connection to the patio/garden. Stephen gave a full service from planning permission, builder tenders, to onsite build oversight with detailed drawings even down to helping with variety of fixtures and fittings.
