We have been doing business with Steve Reitz for over a decade. SRCI Design Build is a family-owned remodeling firm that beautifully transforms properties into luxury Hill Country lake homes. Steve is an excellent communicator and project manager who notates all details to keep things running smoothly and efficiently. He has great rapport with his subcontractors going as far as throwing an annual appreciation party to honor their hard work and participation on his projects. Steve is a genuinely nice guy, great builder and we would highly recommend working with him.

Steve Reitz Co. Inc. did a beautiful job on my recent remodel of living, dining, master bath, fireplace, and stairway relocation. From start to finish, Steve as well as his entire staff listened to my ideas, gave suggestions, and allowed me time to make final decisions. Mr. Reitz was thorough and proffessional during the remodel, meeting all deadlines and staying within budget. Steve's knowledge on remodeling was evident during the entire process, especially in the relocating and designing of the staircase. He designed a simple, yet beautiful staircase, which then opened up the entryway. Walls were knocked down, sunken living room floors raised, and an ugly brick frieplace was transformed into a beautiful focal point. The master bath was gutted. A window was added for natural light, a large walk in shower, stand alone tub, and granite counter tops helped turn the room into an oasis of comfort. Reitz's crew was quiet, respectful, kept all areas clean while working, and most importantly did the type of quality work Steve expects. Mr. Reitz and his specialist lead me through the remodel process with patience and support. The finished product is perfect!

We have found Steve Reitz and Company to be a true professional in every way. We were pleased with the plans that were drawn up and the results met our expectations! Our old house kept throwing out challenges but timelines were met and excellent craftsmen provided the answers. His knowledgeable staff were a real asset in ironing out the details. What was once a kitchen, living room and back porch is now a lovely Great Room where cooking and fellowship with family and friends enjoy an extended view that looks out upon the lake. Our project was a major remodel of a 1980's lakefront townhouse. We gutted the upstairs to create a new master suite and bath, updated the main level including the kitchen and expanded the game room and created a new downstairs kitchenette. Steve and his team were great to work with from concept and design through completion. Their professionalism, pride in workmanship and attention to detail were apparent throughout and resulted in an exceptional finished product.
