I have worked with Dawn and Laura since we built our house 11 years ago. They are wonderful professionals who are so much fun to work with. i especially appreciate their honesty, even when it means not making a sale. Just last week, both of them spent an hour with me looking for one lamp that would coordinate with one I had taken home on approval. I thought I had found one that would allow me to keep theirs, but they insisted they would rather have me return theirs than get something to go with it that they thought I would regret. Such honesty is pretty hard to find, I believe! In addition, their design studio is simply full of gorgeous accent pieces in all price ranges, and they have zillions of fabric and rug samples that you can take home and look at in a variety of lighting. You will not regret stopping in to see them, and if you use them as your designers, you are sure to love your home and get many compliments!

Dawnn and Laura are fabulous to work with. They are professional, fun, and both have exquisite taste! Their shop is filled with wonderful home accessories that are truly unique. If they don't have exactly what you're looking for they will find it for you! Love Studio 427!!!

Laura and Dawn are very talented and helped me update my living room, kitchen, dining room and entryway recently. I primarily worked with Laura, but Dawn helped me at times also, and both were very professional. I liked how they found out my taste and style first and then showed me options to choose from. My remodel included new flooring, countertops and backsplash, light fixtures, furniture, rugs, and window treatments. I love the end result and the remodel was done in time for Christmas, which was my goal for a deadline!

Working with Studio 427 was a very positive experience. I have lived in my house for 15 years so I needed some updates. Studio 427 was wonderful to work with! Laura and Dawn were so helpful and friendly! They helped me to work around my existing furniture while incorporating new items from their store, including chairs, lamps and draperies. I have worked with Dawn and Laura for many years now and always have so much fun with those two!!! I come in with an idea (sometimes crazy!)...and they take it from there!!! Contractors and all!! They listen to my wants and needs and I love hearing their ideas and suggestions! I enjoy looking at the amazing product lines, fabrics, wallpapers, rugs, furniture, etc. or just stopping by to visit and look at the fun retail in their studio. Stop in! These two are "sweethearts"!

If you're looking to build, remodel, or just freshening up a space in your home, Studio 427 is the place to go! These two lovely women know what works either in a new build or an existing home. Their style and expertise is the best! I wouldn't hesitate to use their services with any project, big or small.

We've worked with Studio 427 for many years. It's always been a pleasure working with and coordinating residential and commercial projects with Dawnn and Laura. It is cool to watch them tie in flooring with all the other elements of design such as furniture, window treatments, wall coverings, etc. The finished product is always top notch. Great job gals! :)

Great designers but they are difficult to keep on schedule and there was some confusion in how we would be billed. I love their retail space. Would use them again.
