Just make a proper research before contacting this company in order to not get disappointed like many others!

Please save your money and go elsewhere! Nothing but issues, upon issues with this company with them thinking they are not at fault! I thought it was only me, but upon reading the reviews below, I had the exact same issues! Once they receive payment, they want nothing at all to do with what mess they've left behind. Had a joiner recently come to my home to complete a separate job and he commented on visible issues with our door, asked who the company was that fitted it and eyerolled at the name and said 'saying nothing!'

A month late and two fitting dates cancelled the night before i finally got patio doors fitted which had to be paid in full up front! Doors fitted in wrong position after specific instructions on exactly where to fit. When queried lies were told to me to cover up incompetence. Boss from firm has been ignoring my calls to date No way to do business! Deplorable!!

Shambles from start to finish, it took the company 4months to complete a double glazing project that should only have taken 2 days. After we paid the bulk of the money, they changed our install date twice then sent a fitter to complete work sporadically around other projects. The bathroom window pane had to be replaced as it was scratched on install. They had to order the glass for our patio door FOUR TIMES because they couldn't measure properly. If you value your sanity, steer clear of Value Homes NI!
