Geoff is the owner/designer of Warren Architectural Ltd, involved in the design of residential housing & commercial projects for over 35 years throughout New Zealand and worked on the Pacific Park retail complex & highrise apartments along the Gold Coast, Queensland. Geoff's commercial work has encompassed the design of small retail shops, shopping centres & tourist accommodation and his residential work has ranged in size from small alterations including bathrooms & kitchens, new housing including hill sites, lifestyle blocks & urban Christchurch through to multi million dollar homes and heritage work. With every design project Warren Architectural's priority is to listen to and address all the client's requirements. Passive solar design is an important aspect that Geoff considers for every new housing project. Warren Architectural are very proud to state that over the 35 years of this practice operating, all their design work has been generated from returning clients and client referrals & recommendations which is a testament to the quality of work produced by their firm.
