I often get asked, “Why Plan B? What happened to Plan A?” To which I jokingly respond, "Exactly! That’s why you called me.” But kidding aside, we focus strictly on renovation work. New construction is easy. It’s planned out. It’s linear. Renovation work can get more complicated. So really, why Plan B? With over 30 years of experience in construction, I bring a unique, two-pronged approach to residential construction & renovation: 1) I work with property investors (flippers & portfolio builders) identifying investment opportunities. My extensive experience allows me to provide an accurate FMV entry-point and identify critical home improvements that maximize the investors' ROI based on their unique objectives. 2) I work with homeowners, offering white-glove-service home renovations. Plan B self-performs the majority of the work. This translates into greater control of cost, schedules, and processes with the added advantage of a single-point contact and greater peace of mind for the client. This two-pronged approach provides synergy between both markets. With investors, I take what we learn in the consumer markets, advising on trend-setting renovations that make a flip/ portfolio property stand out. With homeowners, I take what we learn in the investment markets, advising on strategic renovations that add tangible market value to their property. We offer design services, in-house with CAD, 3D Rendering, and virtual tours. Providing this service in-house gives us a huge advantage: 1) Our proposed renovations can actually be accomplished within the space and structure of our clients' homes. 2) Because we've worked directly with our clients throughout the design phase, we know and can quote how much the proposed renovations will cost. 3) Finally, we know exactly what materials and components will be needed to achieve the dream.
