Renamed Esse Architechs. Did a site visit only at the start of the project. Drew the new bathroom door where a 300 concrete block wall was. Put in a second hot water cylinder when gas or a mains pressure tank would have been more appropriate. I pulled the plug as we were upto 24k and climbing. This price didnt include the Engineers or Roofer's input. I only just lodged plans with Council and there will be changes. I decided to get somebody else to finish project. The design layout of the new bedroom and ensuite was the only highlight of this experience. Shop around before choosing.
