“We bought an home that had been built in the 1950's in Tampa, Florida. It had been added to by previous owners and was a stylistic mess. It was very run down too. I hired the Architect Bradley Smith to renovate the home. He did an amazing job in sprucing it up and making it look more cohesive. The exterior was beautiful after he was finished renovating it. He was very careful about details too. He has wonderful taste. He was easy to work with and we worked well together. He stayed within the budget limits and was very professional. I highly reccomend him.”

“Dean designed and oversaw construction of a large addition. We interviewed several architects. He was attentive in listening to our vision and presented several design alternatives that showed amazing creativity and sensitivity to budget. Throughout the process he kept us apprised of progress and was humorous in dealing with unexpected issues that arose during construction. The process was truly collaborative, but Dean would be frank in letting you know where he thought mistakes were being made in choices along the way. I would not hesitate to use him again.
