“Studio 212.eu Drew interior design specific drawings for our currently on going extension to our home in Chislehurst. I was extremely refreshed by how the initial meeting with them opened up my eyes to how we could utilise our space to maximum. After the drawings were done we got 4 possible options to choose from. They were available with patients to answer any questions, especially for me as I am poor at understanding architectural drawings. They made it easy for me to visualise the end product. It was definitely worth our money. Approachable architects that I’d not hesitate to recommend.”

“Unlike many architects who suggested they could draw up our ideas and designs on CAD, right from the start PWJ took a different approach. Respectfully suggesting we put aside our ideas and plans and instead asked us to explain what was important to us, how we live, who wants to use the different spaces and in effect set out a requirements list for our new/refurbished house. PWJ took on board our wants and needs and used their skill and experience to come up with an initial concept design which incorporated almost all our wishes. Then after a few iterations, discussions and education we settled on a design which met our requirements but was also sympathetic to the existing structure. Three weeks ago we had planning approval with no objections or preconditions. So far the experience has been very positive and I have found Rebecca and Jamie to be both professional and helpful but also straight talking and honest which I have found very useful. I would rate PWJ as 5 star but we are only through the first phase and so I am reserving judgement until the job is complete. So now we move to Building Regs and detailed design ready for going to tender. More later......”

“Emilie helped us with the renovation of our newly purchased home and we were very satisfied with the end result. She helped us navigate through some difficult choices of decoration and painting, had great teams of builders/painters/electricians/plumbers etc and throughout the entire process she demonstrated a very high level of professionalism. Emilie was always very responsive to email, would answer very quickly to email and phone calls and would come on site a least once a day, sometimes a lot more. We had a good idea of what we wanted but she allowed us to translate them in clear instruction for the builders. Emilie also came up with some great additional idea to brighten the house. She was also able to help us to execute the overall restoration at a very good price. I would recommend Emilie to anyone looking to start a new project in London. She understand what you need and how much you can spend and will make your dream house become a reality”

“The Market Design and Build has just finished a big project for us and we couldn’t be happier. The property is an old converted barn so the challenge was huge. Obviously there were some set backs but the communication in between us (property owners) and The Market was excellent so problems were solved quickly. These guys are not here to screw you over. Before signing the contract they guaranteed us that they wouldn’t leave the project until we were 100% happy.. And they didn’t! We are sure to use The Market again if we need more work done on a property in the future.”

“"After reviewing a few architects I came across Metre Sq and met with Gilda to run some ideas past her on what we saw as our vision of what our extension should look like. Metre squared full hand holding approach from visionary plans to gaining local planning permission was excellent and they were always available for questions and details on timing and the overall process. I could not have asked for a better firm to help simplify and remove the stresses and strains of building work. “Kevin was very patient dealing with our plans for a loft conversion, dealing with any issues arising promptly and communicating well with me to ensure I fully understood what was happening. he liased with the council along the process to chase and ensure the application was dealt with as speedily as possible. Kevin also recommended a very reliable builder who worked with us on this conversion. I would have no hesitation in using Kevin again for any plans required and would have no qualms in recommending him to anyone else”

“VC Design was recommended to me and I would do the same without hesitation. We contacted Veronica about drawing up plans for our ground floor extension and although conceptually we had a clear idea of what we wanted to she was invaluable in advising us how to best use the space and our options within the parameters of planning. She also contacted previous clients and arranged for us to see the work they had done, this allowed us to see first hand some of the ideas we had discussed. Veronica submitted the planning application and we have now received our approval - a job very well done.”
