Our development is just coming to an end and we are delighted with the results. Now for the hard work, decorating choosing furnishings etc! “I can't recommend Richard highly enough. We purchased a large property built in 1836, it needed a lot of work. Richard was brilliant from start to finish. He quickly drew up plans for the entire house which is 3 floors and a cellar. He listened to what we wanted to change and made fantastic suggestions. He made the enquiries we needed to check planning issues with the council. He liaised with our builders on what we wanted. He organised structural engineers to visit, and specialist damp people to look at our cellar. He is always quick to respond and didn't mind when we changed our mind countless times.
