“Ron Couch owns Dynasty Developments. He is an Architect and General Contractor. He took an 870 square ft home built in the early 50s and transformed it into an extremely functional and inviting home. We added approximately 1100 sq feet. The curb appeal of the design won a city award for "beautiful" home. Our friends and family love the design. Now 23 years later and a bit more grey around the edges, Ron is back redesigning our kitchen (which has held up over time and we raised three boys in this home.). If you're looking to remodel a bathroom or the entire home. give Dynasty Developments an opportunity to transform your project.”

“I'm scrolling thru Houzz and find pictures of our Bungalow that we own in La Quinta, California. It was designed by Sennikoff architects. We love this Bungalow it's beautifully done, we fell in love with the design of the home the first time we looked at it. It's magical inside of the home and outside of the home. Our family has grown and their visits are more frequent, we are in the process of building a new home in the same neighborhood, I so wish I had found Sennikoff Architects before we had started with someone else but I have a lot of his ideas saved which I am planning on using in the new home design.”

“My wife and I hired Jeannette Architects to assist us with a major remodel (interior/exterior) of our 3,500 sq. ft. ranch style home in Newport Beach. The task: incorporate warm contemporary design into our 1970's "woody cabin." As a real estate developer and because it's our third major house remodel there were many design elements we knew we wanted but many more that we needed help with. As capable as Jeff (Jeannette) is with his design sense, we believe that it's his ability to listen to his clients, understand client goals, how we will live in the space and how that fits into our budget is what sets Jeff apart from other architects. The Jeannette team met aggressive time constraints, produced a thorough set of construction documents, were always quick to provide clarification and answers to our questions and were great resources for product and material options and information. True professionals that we would use again and confidently refer to others. Our project is nearing completion and I can't wait to share photos.”

“My experience with Audrey Sato was outstanding. She truly is a talented architect who has both great vision and is detail oriented; making the process of designing and constructing my fitness studio a fun and seamless one. I appreciated that she kept in constant contact with me, and was very hands on from design through construction. I felt comfortable asking questions and giving input, and am was very satisfied with the results. Pictures of the studio can be found on Facebook under 'The Dailey Method Calabasas'. Its a beautiful space. Clients of the studio rave about how beautiful, well lit, and comfortable the space is. And we owe it all to Audrey Sato Design Studio!”

“Form Found Design is our go to firm when it comes to all things related to building design. Form Found is highly creative, innovative, at technology's cusp and highly responsible. I am the Executive Director of an international humanitarian organization based in So Cal. I did not look far when we needed guidance to plan innovative housing which has the potential to scale to over 10,000 homes. Initially I thought I would handle the project personally since I am an architect. I am so deeply glad I did not take on the project as I have witnessed firsthand, as a client, the depth and care Joseph and Ron have given to our project named Homes of Hope. Joseph and Ron don't "Let go" of an idea until it is perfected. Their attention to detail astounds me. Form Found Design is the epidemy of "Going the extra mile." Tandem to the highly professional manner in which they deal with all of our projects, Joseph and Ron are two of the nicest people on the planet. They are integrous, kind, passionate and a joy to be with. “Lisa Little worked wonders in our smallish Venice space. We had complicated needs and she found elegant solutions within a tight budget. We redid a kitchen from the walls out, extended it a bit, added a bar, added in a huge walk-in closet and staircase in the master bedroom, and reconfigured a guest loft. The latter involved enclosing a half-wall for privacy via rotating shutters that Lisa dreamed up and designed. The shutters rotate open when the loft is not in use and closed when we have company up there. This was a brilliant idea, brilliantly executed at not much cost. Lisa helped with fixture choice, color choice, and furniture choice, and worked closely with the general contractor and his subs. She exhibited great taste, a firm hand, and a keen eye on the budget. Recommended without reservation.”

Chris Stage is an excellent young Architect who makes our custom home projects go effortlessly. He is very patient, thinks outside of the box and attends all of our onsite meetings with a smile and afterwards we all receive minutes from our meetings. “Mark designed an addition for our house in a historic district of Chicago that more than doubled the size of the house (effectively a new house). Three years in, the house is great and we still get compliments from neighbors who believe it enhances their home values. The biggest compliment is that the rooms in the old house are delightfully furnished and have high ceilings and great windows (one, a fireplace) but we spend most of our time in the new addition - which also has high ceilings, a fireplace, a second story deck and a great first floor round-the-house deck. Thanks Mark, our loss is LA's gain. Dan & Madonna”
