Emma and her team (notably Michelle, our project manager) engaged closely with us through the planning and delivery stages of our ensuite renovation. We were very happy with the work of the sub-contractors, who provided a quality finish that delivered on the plan Emma's team developed. We were referred to Emma Brown Design by Brokenshire Plumbing, and we are so pleased we followed up that referral. The whole process was excellent, and the end result is perfect. Our budget was strictly adhered to - no mean feat with Covid/flu and supply constraints. Communication by the Project Manager was excellent, and kept us informed of changes. All the tradies were friendly, efficient and superb tradespeople. The end result is that we now have a bathroom that meets our needs. There is no doubt we will use Emma Brown Design for our next phase, the kitchen upgrade.
