Emma and her team (notably Michelle, our project manager) engaged closely with us through the planning and delivery stages of our ensuite renovation. We were very happy with the work of the sub-contractors, who provided a quality finish that delivered on the plan Emma's team developed. Having Michelle manage the project took a lot of stress out of the renovation. I would happily recommend Emma and her team to anyone looking for a quality design and project management outcome.

We were referred to Emma Brown Design by Brokenshire Plumbing, and we are so pleased we followed up that referral. The whole process was excellent, and the end result is perfect. Our budget was strictly adhered to - no mean feat with Covid/flu and supply constraints. Communication by the Project Manager was excellent, and kept us informed of changes. All the tradies were friendly, efficient and superb tradespeople. The end result is that we now have a bathroom that meets our needs. There is no doubt we will use Emma Brown Design for our next phase, the kitchen upgrade.

We are building our first home and needed expert guidance and project management. As overseas clients we presented Emma a unique challenge that she has stepped up to and exceeded our expectations. Her and the EBD team are very easy to work with, are attentive to our needs and have invested time and energy into helping us achieve our dream. Many thanks to Emma and her team for all the time and patience spent on our renovations. We are thrilled and delighted with the new spaces. With all the choices available these days, and the 'inspiration' images which abound, it became very confusing and slightly terrifying trying to make decisions. Emma's suggestions came to the rescue. In addition, the project management of the job went like clockwork and there were clear communication lines between the tradies, Emma's team and ourselves.

The design was amazing, the flow of the renovation was so easy for us as a young family with a small child and the finished room is just amazing.
