“I just received my Cutty Sark model boat and it is just what I have wanted since I was a kid. It was carefully shipped and was undamaged and is beautiful. “I wrote a review in the past about this company that was not that favorable. I was working with someone in the LA office and it was not going well. Now, I continue to use ModShop and work with Dallas in the NYC location. He is amazing, responsive and extremely helpful. Dallas, and the company, have been great in making things right for some of my clients lately, when items have come in not as expected. Thank you Dallas for changing my opinion about ModShop!”

“Joni Herman was such a treat to work with. She was able to come into our home and by talking with me & my husband, she was able to capture our thoughts and feelings and put them onto our walls & ceilings. She did everything from faux finishes, murals and Venetian plaster throughout our house, capturing many different moods in the different rooms. We were able to customize everything to fit our decor and she was always very conscientious about meeting our expectations and pleasing us. We have a large house and she worked very quickly and was always professional. I will definitely use her services in the future and would not hesitate to refer someone to use her.”

“Allison is all about pleasing the client. We had decided on a certain faux wood-grain finishto cover a white fireplace mantel. When I realized it was too orange (near the end of her application), she helped me find the right tone and reapplied a new finish that was perfect with no added charge. Lovely to work with...has a very fine aesthetic. Highly recommend her.”

“Seth has worked with my wife and I on many projects over the past 13 years at our home and my office and has exceeded our expectations on each one. He took the time to carefully listen to our request and quickly transformed them into reality. Seth is a amazing artist who is dedicated to his trade. “Luis Sanchez is a phenomenal artist who painted our three incredibly beautiful barn doors. All three were painted from our photographs, 2 of Italy and one of our granddaughters and Yorkie. All are beautiful paintings in which he captures the essence of the photos. One is so realistic you think can walk into the painting and down the little street of an Italian village. We absolutely loved working with Luis. He is not only professional but a perfectionist. He always listened, made sure he understood what we wanted and added his thoughts when asked. He always met his deadlines, was punctual and attentive. It was such a pleasure and positive experience to work with Luis Sanchez.”
