“Mike painted most of the interior of my house. He was very professional in all respects from the signing of the contract through completion. He repaired several coats of peeling and cracked plaster resulting from a leak (prior to new roof) from the attic into the living room ceiling. The job is so perfect that there is no longer any evidence of the leak. He helped me pick out colors and suggested a couple of color changes resulting in a more attractive appearance than if I had insisted on my original choice. He even replaced two ceiling light fixtures as well. I highly recommend Mike Garman for your painting needs!”

“Eric did a great job on remodelling aspects of my kitchen - I asked him to add crown moulding to the tops of the cabinets, and various other pieces of bespoke millwork including some very nicely made legs for my island unit. He also installed some crown moulding in my living room - not your ordinary off the shelf stuff - a bespoke design of stepped moulding. I am quite a detail freak and I was impressed with Eric's attention to detail and willingness to work with me on designing these bespoke elements. Patience and a creative eye of this sort is hard to come by. Price wise he was perfectly fair too I thought, so I'd certainly recommend him.”

“PT Professional Carpentry is a fabulous team of builders and master carpenters. I have used them on several of my own projects as well as many professional jobs with my interior design firm. They are meticulous and do everything to perfection. The millwork is stunning and affordable as well as durable. Peter and Tom are both wonderful to work with as a client and as a colleague. They are incredibly knowledgable in all aspects of construction and can do any kind of job from a restaurant to a huge home to a small bathroom remodel. Their versatility, organization, and professionalism is impressive. I always look forward to having them on the jobs I'm working on because I can trust the quality to be spectacular and cost to be very reasonable. “Clear Oak Construction does really top-notch, dependable work. Mike strikes me as someone very knowledgeable and experienced in all carpentry-related matters, as well as other aspects of construction. He is also good at solving problems and great at communicating, including responding quickly, having the patience to answer lots of questions, and can explain things in a way that someone (like myself) who knows nothing about carpentry and construction can understand. Clear Oak Construction designed and installed an access hatch to allow me to access the attic in my garage. They also repaired the molding and metal trim surrounding my garage door, which had been severely damaged from a run-in with my car. When I first contacted Clear Oak, Mike responded quickly and made time right away to come out and give me an estimate. He bid out the work at a very reasonable rate and his crew got the job done right the first time around. I will definitely use Clear Oak Construction again next time I need a skilled carpenter, or have a renovation or construction project.”
