“My wife and I own a small house in Logan Square, which has had old asbestos shingle siding since we bought it in 2011. We also wanted to replace our front windows, which were old and drafty. We received many bids, but the Siding and Windows Group was the standout. Bart (who coordinated the project) was incredibly helpful and explained a lot of ideas and prices without any "hard sell." The pricing of Siding and Windows Group was competitive, and their customer service is INCREDIBLE. The two workers who installed the windows and siding were polite, efficient, and did very good work. The difference between Siding and Windows Group and other contractors is night-and-day. Greg (the owner) came to the house several times to check on the project and check in with me (and this was not a large project, he is just very attentive and makes sure the job is done right). We are completely satisfied with the work done by Siding and Windows Group, and will recommend them to anyone and everyone in the future. Colin Chicago, IL”

“Chicagoland Builders (CB) completed a 900 square foot addition on my homes. We built over the garage, laundry room and bar area which all had a single story flat roof. We significantly enlarged two rooms, added two bathrooms, expanded three closets into large walk-in closets and added an office. We replaced all the siding with hardy board, re-did the duct work to allow for dual zone heating and A/C, replaced the carpet floors on the main floor with hardwood, updated the electrical and water service, removed the brick arches in the front of the house and changed it to a quarter stone look, re-did the porch and replaced/expanded the back deck. I'm sure I'm missing something, but in short it was a major renovation. I took it out to bid with multiple contractors and CB was by far the best price and very informative and responsive throughout the bidding price which made my wife and I feel comfortable (was also recommend by my architect which helped). CB did a fantastic job. They do high quality work and were very responsive throughout the job. As expected with any major renovation there were issues that came up during the job, but they were always addressed. The job stayed on schedule and we were able to move back in the house when expected. There were a few lingering things that took longer than expected but it was primarily related to materials being on back order which I can't fault CB for. Our home looks like new construction and we get compliments all the time on how nice it looks, not just from friends and family that will say it looks good even if it doesn't, but from random people walking by which make a point to come up and tell us how wonderful the place looks. I would highly recommend them.”

Udo is the only one who personally conducted a thorough inspection, in and outside of our house, and walked us through his proposal very clearly. His pricing is competitive and the quality of the materials and workmanship far surpassed his competitors. We would recommend US Exterior by Seidel for roofing in a heartbeat!”
