The Xia Shop

In 2004, Xia opened its doors on the beloved K’Road, filled with antiques, kitschy curios, and home décor furnishings, Xia become a must stop for anyone wanting to find something special for the house, a friend or themselves. Fast forward a decade and you’ll find us in the interior design hub of Newton. We’re taking up space in a new showroom bursting at seams with Asian inspired goods. Step in store and you’ll be greeted by fierce stone dragons and serene marble Buddha’s. Among the myriad of objects, you’ll find exquisite art scrolls, giant lanterns, dragon-embroidered silk gowns, and fans of every size and colour. Nestled amongst all of this you can discover Chinoiserie enamel, traditional calligraphy brushes, and hand painted glassworks. There is something for everyone’s tastes and budgets here. Being a small family run business we know the value of word-of-mouth, and thanks to our customers we have been lucky enough to expand our products and showroom.
