SERVICE- Southwest installed our turf and putting green three years ago. Their install was a smooth process and their installers were most professional. We were elated with the results. NOW- fast forward to this month- September 1st,2016-- the putting green and surrounding area was looking tired and required a 'tune-up'. I called Southwest, they responded with their typical first rate attention and our turf looks like it did three years ago- and at a most reasonable rate! To install turf- no biggie- but to stand by their product and continue to serve their client base- that is stellar platinum service!”
