I engaged with a few building companies before settling on Bird Built. I found them to be approachable, patient and extremely knowledgable. I lack experience in renovations, but they put my mind at ease with the whole process. They were able to create the open plan space that I wanted. They ordered and installed a major structural beam, modifying this to be the least imposing visually within the house. Which wasn't easy. Bird Built took great care and pride in their work environment, covering my furniture that could not be moved, and cleaning up as their work progressed. I appreciated this, as I was still very much living in the working space. They also organised for an electrician to update interior and exterior lighting, electrical outlets, usb ports and a recessed media box.
I would definitely use their team again, their workmanship and customer service was great!
I love my new open plan living space.
