“We first decided what work was to be done and a contract was signed that was specific about the work so we both knew what to expect. The work requested was redo 2 bathrooms, replace front windows and back door and repair a shed. They began work when they stated they would and worked steady to finish on time. The workmen were considerate and told me what they were going to work on. I would hire them again without hesitation. I love the final result and pleased with the quality of the work.”

“Homoly Construction is the premier environmentally focused builder in the region. We have been blessed to work as a vendor / subcontractor to Homoly Construction on several projects. On this LEED Certified home we provided the bamboo flooring. If there is an environmentally focus home being built in the Kansas City Metropolitan area Homoly Construction and Davidson Architecture seem to be building it. USGBC LEED for homes, HBA Green Home certified they build them all.”

He is the most supremely organized individual...friends were always jealous of the detailed paperwork he provided weekly -- I still refer to it today! Our home ended up winning Best Custom Home in "X" price range by KC Home & Garden, what an honor! “Kevin and his outstanding team did a full home remodel on my 1920's tudor in Westwood Hills, KS. The remodel including completely gutting and rebuilding the kitchen & 2.5 bathrooms (including all new cabinets, countertops, appliances, flooring, and all new plumbing fixtures), full plumbing and electrical upgrade throughout the houes, scraping all popcorn ceilings, replastering certain walls (to match a textured pattern - which is tough to do!), painting all walls and ceilings, and refinishing the hardwood floors throughout the entire house. The remodel is spectacular. I highly recommend Kevin and his entire team...they are fantastic, great communicators, and true craftsmen.”

“I writing this review on Cardinal Crest based on our dealings with the company. We worked with Joe for a couple of months while we were trying to decide on a builder for our new home. It was a very difficult decision, but ultimately we chose to build with a different company. With that being said, we had an extremely positive experience dealing with everyone at Cardinal Crest, Joe in particular. We would absolutely contact them again if we were going build another house, and we would recommend them to anyone who's looking for a quality home. “Both bathrooms reconfigured & remodeled. Made handicapped capable. Contractor was honest, punctual and easy to work with. Advantage was the architectural background. He listened and the plan provided us with what we wanted. Would definately reccomend! He also did a kitchen addition in the past and it was the same experience.”
