“I have never written a review for anyone or anything, yet I am a huge review reader when purchasing. The remodeling process is such a big deal and we were so pleased with Delerio, I had to write one. I hope it helps someone with their decision making when choosing a contractor. We would/will definitely use them again. RECOMMEND in all caps for sure. When we decided to remodel our kitchen, we found hiring a contractor a daunting task. We stumbled upon Delerio and after meeting them (our third bid), we decided to go with them. They weren’t the cheapest nor the most expensive. Once the process began we couldn’t be happier. Abel was our go to guy. He answered every call/text within minutes of our inquiry. He never made us feel like we were bother him or had a dumb question. He had ideas along the the way to make our project even better. The crews were extremely respectful of our home and our time. They were on our job EVERYDAY first thing in the morning. We have dogs and they went beyond to make sure they were safe and unstressed. Delerio’s employees were always friendly and informative. Everyone knew what was going on at each stage of the process. They cleaned up every day and tried their best to contain construction dust as much as possible. Delerio’s crew went out of their way to assist us in the projects we were taking on ourselves to save a few dollars even though they weren’t getting anything out of it. The project stayed within our agreed upon budget and timeline. These folks even came back on a Saturday midway through the project to help move appliances because they knew we were having family over for Easter. “I had a wonderful experience working with Michael and Zarina Rosenfeld from Rosenfeld Construction. In 2005, my husband and I had flood damage to our two story home. The entire upstairs and down stair floors were ruined. The damage included the downstairs ceilings and most of the vertical walls. We had to move out temporarily while our home was being restored. My kitchen was a very small galley and in- adequate to say the least. We decided this was the time to add on to our home. The following addition was added on - a master bathroom, two walk in closets in the master bedroom, a large kitchen with 12 foot ceilings, custom cabinets and a large island, a full size laundry room and a new entrance and front door. Michael was very detailed in his work and a perfectionist! The door moldings, baseboards and wood work is such fine craftsmanship. The house received a new roof, new paint in every room, hardwood floors through out the main floor and granite counter tops in the kitchen. The addition looks like it is all original to the home. I am still so pleased and receive many compliments on my lovely custom home. I found Michael and Zarina very easy to work with and they took very good care of my concerns and requests. They are both very knowledgeable about period and style of homes and can get the best value for the price of the many items needed. They were always looking out for my pocket book and upfront about costs. I am so happy I had Michael and Zarina do the work on our home. They are wonderful people and I highly recommend them!
