“I was unexpectedly faced with a significant construction project as a result of wear and tear and water damage. the entire front porchway and second floor deck as well as a retaining wall needed immediate work. I contacted Mr. LaPuma who came out and assessed the situation. He gave me a true estimate that was financially competitive and accurate as to time. He was true to his word and started the job, after full permitting, on the day he had proposed and finished the job within one day of his original projection. it is rare to find a true professional in the construction trades --- Dream Builderz and Mr. LaPuma are such professionals. Reliable, quality work done with precision and pride.”

“Dave is an excellent craftsmen, and intelligent builder. He returns calls on time, texts daily, and his pricing and work contract are very transparent We originally needed a window replaced, but the project morphed into a much larger project because of carpenter ants. He ended up having to replace all the shingling on one side of our house. Dave was very honest and clear on how the project escalated, what new costs were and gave us different options for budget and solutions. He encouraged us to go with a bit higher quality in materials, and we are really thankful we did the job right. It was late January and he and his fellow builder showed up in 10 degree weather for a week. His coworker was a pleasure to chat with every day, With 3 children at home, it’s important to feel comfortable with workers and I fully trust Dave and his Team. He always was meticulous with clean up. My one suggestion would be to understand his payment plan. We gave him a down payment and then wrote fairly substantial checks weekly. I felt like I was not always prepared with money in the bank to cover that week’s installments. I would prefer one deposit down and final payment at end but this was our only issue. His knowledge and expertise were worth it,! We were very pleased with the end result and quality of work and highly recommend him!”

“Kitchen remodel and 2 Bathroom remodels I had the pleasure of working with Matriarch Construction to remodel my kitchen and 2 bathrooms and they exceeded our expectations. "Received daily emails regarding progress and/or upcoming information/meetings. Quick response/resolution to any concerns/changes requested. Clear breakdown of allowances/estimates, including any change orders. Friendly, and reliable from start to finish. “Andrey changed my ugly back yard into a beautiful deck and fence. I looked far and wide for a contractor to do this work. I had one other contractor look at the job but they were not willing to work with me to get the job done. Andrey listened to my ideas about how I wanted it built, and he worked with me to make it happen. I am in Boston so getting the permits to start the job was a huge effort. Andrey was great working with the city to get the permits. I am very happy with the way the project turned out.”

“: Ryan Norman and Norman Builders were outstanding from start to finish. We come in contact with numerous builders, remodelers, and building professionals on a daily basis and can say without hesitation, Ryan and Norman Builders are in the top 1%. They initially provided a quote that included busting through into the existing master bedroom closet and adding that space to the bathroom and then rebuilding a closet in the master bedroom. Ryan helped us realize that there still wouldn’t be enough space to do what we wanted to, so we asked for a scaled back quote, which we promptly received. Ryan patiently responded to every inquiry and was right on top of things in terms of response time. We asked about the possibility of remodeling a second bathroom at the same time and Ryan was honest, to his detriment, in his response. Every aspect of the project that was within Ryan’s control was handled superbly. The workers picked up after themselves, laid new plastic sheeting to protect the existing carpet daily when called for, and showed up and completed work as scheduled. We ran into an issue with a vendor we had chosen and asked Ryan to handle resolution for us. He did so with professionalism and effectiveness. Everything in Ryan’s control was completed on schedule and without cost overruns. We will definitely call Ryan when we are ready for our next project.”
