“Aspen Homes recently remodeled our kitchen. The end result is beautiful - better than we had imagined! I can't say enough about how easy they made the process. We gutted the kitchen, removed a load bearing wall that separated the kitchen from the dinning room - buried the header in the ceiling so it does not look like a remodel. We converted part of the dining room into a mud room with ample storage. We had to have windows removed and a new size added so we had to try and match the siding outside. We have wood floors inside that also had to be matched. There were so many little details i hadn't considered. Now, the amazing part... it was done in 4 weeks! Aspen did an incredible job of scheduling and lining up all of the contractors to complete this project. Everyone was great to work with, pleasant and they cleaned the worksite thoroughly every night. I can't say enough good things! Fantastic job Aspen Homes.”

They were completely professional, beginning with the sales person who visited our home, through the gentlemen who actually installed the products we purchased. We've been very pleased with the quality of the windows and doors we purchased from Callen, and as soon as we can afford to do so, we will contract with Callen once again to replace the remaining windows in our home.”

“We hired Reality Construction to finish about 1000 sq ft of our basement in Fall of 2016. Mike was absolutely true to his word in delivering on-time and on-budget. Both the timeframe and the budget he quoted us at our first meeting was what we paid. We couldn't be happier with our finished space, it truly completes our home. Mike and his team were easy to work with from start to finish. Mike checked in on the project almost daily and was incredibly responsive to our questions and concerns. He was able to take some of the ideas that we had and make them even better. The finishes the Reality team suggested and implemented were of the highest quality. Most of what we have in our lower level is nicer than what the builder put in upstairs! Reality gave us a beautiful, comfortable space that our family will enjoy for years to come. “I want to sincerely thank Harpe Development for our beautiful home. With 4 children now, we really out grew our previous house and it was time for an upgrade. And WHAT an upgrade it is! Building a house is not the easiest thing to do especially when you re not handy or design savvy. But Dustin, Cory, John & Jason really made the process an easy one. I can t imagine if I didn t have Cory & John to help me pick all the things that make a house beautiful and a good fit for my family. Any request I had was always granted, but not before we discussed our options and pricing first. That s what I loved the most. There were no hidden costs, or attempts to push upgrades in places where we didn t want or need them. Harpe was always very straight forward with all so there weren t any surprises. Any time an issue occurred a solution was provided . This surprised me as well...given we were building a pretty large house. Honestly for all the things that went right when building with Harpe, they exceeded our expectations. A special shout out to Jason for this! He always had a handle on everything on-site, working with contractors and fielding my phone calls/emails daily with questions or changes. His response time was always quick and courteous! Everyone told us building a house was awful, too much work and not worth the time. Apparently those people didn t build with Harpe. I m sure glad we didn t listen. Thank you everyone for the beautiful home! We look forward to a lifetime of memories thanks to you!”
