“Hurlingham Developments were instructed to complete our entire 3 storey home renovation. This involved total refurbishment and renovation of our 6 bedroom property and garden. We chose Andy and his team as he was honest and reliable and got back to me on all our requests. This was a big job and wasnt without its hurdles. Andy project managed the whole build was on site regularly and informed us ahead of time should projects be delayed. If you want a reliable builder, who is happy to give impartial advice and get the job done choose Hurlingham. We are now using Andy's team to paint our interior walls and windows.”

“We used Urban Living for our full renovation. We met with Rafal and immediately connected and as this was our first building project we found this really helpful. We were provided a competitive quote and then followed up several references so we could see his team’s work. Once the build got underway we dealt with Rafal on a daily basis. The whole team were hard working and professional, and this was also recognised by our neighbours who gave positive comments about them. Before and during the build we found them to be reliable, trustworthy, hard working, to listen and take our desires on board, but to also offer suggestions and ideas to make things work better. They were also considerate, friendly people. They left the site tidy each day. They even covered the skip to minimise unwelcome contributions! “We hired CELLI Property Care for our loft conversion, and I can honestly say that they were just more then we expected. It was our first time doing something this big to our house so we needed someone with experience that knew exactly what would go into a project like this. They did a fantastic job at walking us through every part of the project and they guaranteed that they will keep us in the loop throughout the whole process. The guys were really hardworking, tidy and polite. They would clean at the end of each working day, and they did everything possible not to disturb us. The price wasn't the cheapest of all the quotes we've received, but Celino was by far the most knowledgeable and patient estimator that came to visit us. “We decided to choose MoreSpace to build our loft extension and were so glad we did. We were firstly consulted by Stuart Ellerby who gave us a thorough overview of what was involved in a loft extension and who is responsible for what during the project. His knowledge was first class and he spoke in layman’s terms and not jargon which we found very engaging and brought it to life. Once we agreed on the project, Stuart also kept in touch throughout with regular site visits and was also super responsive when we raised any questions. His aftercare has also been great. The team who built our loft was insane. The team was led by Jake and everyone in his team were super friendly and accommodating, whether it was popping up for a sneak peek on progress, asking any questions or looking to make slight adjustments. The finish of the job is perfect and exactly what we’d hoped for. They left the place clean and was complete within a much shorter time period than I expected. For such a large project, this felt like the easiest one I’ve had to undertake so far thanks to Stuart, Jake and his team. We did shop around with 4 other competitors and these by far have the best reputation and I’m glad I trusted the reviews. 5* Thanks Team!!!”
