“So pleased with my new shower from Platinum Home Builders & Design! The process was so quick; I had my dream shower installed in A Few days ! I didn't think that was possible - I had the same shower tiled in '08 and it took nearly a month to install. I couldn't take looking at the moldy walls any longer - no matter how hard I cleaned nothing helped. I am so thankful for the Microban feature; it keeps my shower clean and keeps me protected. “We found Concept last year and they met with us and provided great 3D drawings and a complete schedule with costs for our 300 sq ft addittion off of our master bedroom. Started late June and now everythong is finally complete and signed off. After months of hard work and patience our home is finally back and beautuful! the addition has opened up so much for us and our is huge now! We cant say enough great and wonderful things about this team! When your dropping almost 6 figures down for a home remodel hire only the best. We got a great deal.”

“My family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. My step mom knew about US Home Developers through a friend of hers who hired the company before, so she pressured me to look into them. I was sort of new to the whole experience but US Home Developers made it extremely easy. They were up front about the cost and time estimates, and were willing to work with me to provide the best solutions for the limited budget I had. Every day I would come to the condo after work and see what has progressed. I was constantly amazed at the speed by which everything was taken care of. The bathroom was the longest and hardest part because of all the necessary plumbing. They redid the tiles in the kitchen, and replaced all the carpets with the hardwood flooring that I wanted. They actually ended up finishing 2 weeks earlier than I had to move out and I was thrilled because it game a lot of time to move in and get settled. As someone who was entirely new to the experience of having a remodeling job done, I was really amazed at how easy, and great US Home Developers has made the experience.”

“I wanted a new kitchen design in my Beverly Hills Condo. The current version was pretty up to date but I do a lot of cooking and wanted a multi-surface counter top for easier clean up. I found GoodFellas because my neighbors were working with them and they did an impeccable job. They were able to come in for a walk though and I signed up right away because I was itching for a new kitchen. The project manager Ran stopped by with many samples of countertops and walked me through the pros and cons of all of them. We used two different materials throughout the kitchen to be compatible with my constant baking and easy clean up. I had to go out of town during part of the remodel due to an emergency but Ran sent me updates and pictures the entire time. They really care about building strong relationships and do a great quality job.”

When they were done, I couldn't believe my eyes, I had a new home, walls gone, ceilings raised and a huge area created for in kitchen dining. The beautiful caninets were just added benefits. “We hired Good life home design to do our ADU. A first we had them do our plans. We interviewed several contractors and many of then didn’t seem so happy to have the plans for us, also didn’t want to give us a ballpark for the project. Ben was very nice and positive about the process, he warned us from the beginning that the plans can take up to 6 months to get approved. Luckily, we got it approved after 4 months. After the experience we had with this company during the plans, we felt super comfortable to go and continue to do the project with them. Same as the planning, also the actual project went smoothly and quickly. I’m very happy that this project went as planned and we can now use our ADU now, thank you guys for everything!”
