“Golden Heights remodeled our kitchen and we love it! The project required moving one interior wall, moving a door and windows and adding two windows. The house is stronger now with better shoring and support than before. We felt that Golden Heights was a one-stop shop with a network of designers, engineers, architects, electricians and of course, builders. Neryah was our project manager; he guided the process from start to finish. Neryah spent hours listening to our ideas and making sure that every detail was planned for ahead of time. He helped make design and lighting choices, shopped for tile with me, and designers from GH identified the perfect cabinet source for us. Once we were given a contracted price there were no increases or change orders except for what we wanted to add (removing crown molding and painting another room). Eran talked me into a pot filler over the stove (no extra charge for installation) and guess what...I use it almost every day. The construction crew that showed up each morning were courteous, friendly, hard working. Every day they cleaned up and made our house as livable as possible. Shout out to Ulysses and Memo! Golden Heights took care of foundation work, framing, stucco, texturing, painting, floor and cabinet installation, tiling, plumbing, electrical...all the things. Neryah is a perfectionist who insisted a few times that work be done the more difficult yet right way, even when we would have probably been satisfied otherwise. The amount of time the crew spent on the project was much less important to him than having it done the best way. Of course we had a couple of hiccups along the way, but never anything that caused us worry or conflict. Neryah is a problem solver for sure. We are typically DIY people (we have remodeled our three bathrooms, installed flooring, painted everything, husband used to build cabinets) but this project was too big for us. As fairly knowledgable folks, we can recommend Golden Heights as knowing their remodeling stuff.”

“My kitchen now looks beautiful and new again, I hired HomeTech to remodeled my kitchen counter tops and my faucet, they were very helpful and got the work done professionally and fast, they even replaced a piece of wood that the pipe with a leak got very wet and humid. The communication with them was very fast and convenient. I am a very curios person so I asked several questions and they were very open to answered them all. Very satisfied and happy with my new kitchen.”

“I am an interior designer in the San Francisco Bay Area and it has been my distinct pleasure to work with Frank Puliafico on many projects since 1992. His work, and that of his excellent crews, is of the highest quality and the experience of working with Frank is always a delight. Designers always worry about their projects but I never worry about a project if Frank is the builder. He is, at all times, organized, proactive, honest, dependable, trustworthy and smart. He has carefully trained his crews and they are some of the best craftsmen (and people) I've had the pleasure to work with in my career. Frank has the breadth of knowledge and experience to assess a job, trouble-shoot any potential issues in advance, fairly price and prepare spreadsheets on both costs and schedule, and manage all aspects of the project effortlessly (or at least it seems that way!). “Silvio and his team are fantastic. We have worked with them on two project over the course of several years - they remolded our basement and most recently our kitchen. Silvio is exceptionally professional, timely, and fair. HE also has great aesthetic taste; he has made suggestions to improve our house that our architect hasn't even thought about. We implemented many of them and haven't regretted any. His crew is friendly, respectful and hard working. I highly recommend them.”

“I've had the pleasure to work with M & D Home Improvement for the past 6 years on various high-end luxury design project. I absolutely adore this team. Marius and his crew are amazing at what they do but what I love best is how much of a problem solver Marius is. In my 10+ years of Interior Design things always come up once you get into the construction and Marius is always ready with ABC of options to solve any situation. Marius and team are real big team players and have their customer's and designer's best interest at hand. Marius is patent and understanding. A real treat to work with!”

“It was great working with Zack Ilinetsky and his team. They were professional, communicative, and respectful. They kept the project going and were amazingly on time (5 weeks) to finish the project. There were so many moving parts that Zack kept track of and was on top of, so no delays. All of the inspections were passed with flying colors. He kept the costs down as much as possible, always checking in on how to do things without unnecessarily increasing costs, though he certainly didn't cut corners. He was very thorough and made sure we all were happy with the results. We were very impressed with his work and look forward to using Green Bay Remodeling again for future work on our home.”

“Creation 7 build the master addition on our house. It is generally understood that having major remodeling done on your house, can be a frustrating process. It's noisy, messy, and usually, goes over budget. I can honestly say that almost none of these were true for our experience with Creation 7. The men were so respectful of our space. They cleaned up at the end of the day - no mess was ever left. The construction generally stayed within budget. These guys were a pleasure to be around also. They were funny and nice, but also respectful of our need for privacy. Also our completed addition! It's so gorgeous! Everything is in perfect working order. Their eye for detail and overall craftsmanship is amazing. I really can't say enough how great our en suite master bedroom is. It has transformed our house from an old boring space into our dream house. I highly, highly recommend Creation 7!”
