“Andy came to the rescue when a retaining wall was required in double quick time. His workmanship is of a very high standard. Engineer's requirements were followed and the resulting sturdy structure will stand proud for many years to come. “We told Nita what we wanted to do and she came up with a suitable plan that suited our budget. We paid our deposit in early May when she confirmed that all the materials were available and the job was completed in early June. As she was the "go to person" there were no problems with communications and she kept us informed when to expect the tradies who did the job.Simply put she made things simple for us.”

“We engaged Brockie Renovations to build our new home and adjoining holiday rental accomodation. We couldn't have ask for better than Geoff and the team. We were living in Christchurch at the time and traveling to Nelson most weekends to review progress and make on the ground decisions. However, much had to be done when we couldn't be there so decisions were made over the phone or via email. Geoff kept us informed and part of the building process. We were able to make changes and adaptations as part of the contract and were aware of all costs throughout. Many people ask me if it was stressful building remotely and my response is always - "the design and building was the least stressful part of the move". Brockie Renovations are friendly, informative and professional. They care about their clients and want them to be happy with their new home!”

“Blake and his team have helped us with a number of jobs on our 100 year old villa over the last 18 months. He helped us build closets in the master and second bedroom, helped us frame up some shelving for our wine cellar and come to our aid with some emergency house first aid caused by Wellington’s delightful windy weather.
