“Phillip Edge is my go-to contractor. His expertise, integrity and work ethic are the reasons I can wholeheartedly recommend him. He has worked on both of my parents' houses as well as my own. He and his crew have repaired roofs, extensive water damage, leaking faucets, running toilets and damage from squirrel intrusion. They have pressure-washed the exterior of an entire house including driveways and storage buildings, and followed up with painting the trim, renewing the poly stain on the doors, and replacing the vent covers. They have replaced light fixtures, ceiling fans, downlights, insulation, subfloors, and door and window hardware. They've painted bedrooms, bathrooms, sunrooms and ceilings. They've repaired and painted brick molding. They know what they are doing, the quality of their work is excellent, they work hard, they are easy to work with, and they clean up the job site at the end of each day. Phillip stays busy because he is good at what he does, but somehow he makes time for each and every one of his clients. Highly recommend!”

“Luke and his team are the nicest guys it has ever been my pleasure to work with. They were very accommodating to all of my suggestions and ideas and took the time to explain why some things wouldn’t work and made changes where they would work. They never talked down to me and were very respectful of my husband and me during the entire building process. They worked around some very difficult obstacles, like the fact that we had more rain in Georgia while they were trying to build our house than we had had in the last hundred years, the fact that we live off a dirt road and the building site was ½ mile down a dirt driveway from that dirt road, and did I mention it rained a lot? These guys were great and the quality of what they built for us is only outshined by the beauty of it.”

“This was Bremner’s first custom home and working with a customer. My home was more complicated than the average, with many challenges. Clint did a great job learning about these challenges and executed them well. He is very personable, honest and easy to work with. He continuously offered up great ideas for improvements during the building process. . Clint builds one home at a time allowing him to focus on that client and their home needs.
