“It's been a decade now since I hired Patrick and his team to build out my gallery space in Palm Springs, Ca. I had a very specific concept and plan, which they executed beautifully despite challenges because of the old building that my gallery occupies. They also helped me stay within budget and work around unexpected issues that arose. Patrick was professional in all his dealings with me, and he helped me get it all completed in a timely manner. I've also had him work on other remodeling projects at my home, and I have always enjoyed dealing with him and been quite happy with the results. I will be using his expertise again soon.”

“QUALITY-TRUSTWORTHY-PROFESSIONAL-RESPONSIVE are the Key Words when we think of Generations West Construction. We were initially introduced to Craig Blecka owner of Generations West through a friend when encountering an emergency due to heavy rains in the Palm Springs California area. They had previously used Craig to remodel their home and highly recommended him. Craig and his team were very responsive and communicative taking care of our problems and making it unnecessary for us to make a special trip to CA. What a relief. When it came time for us to remodel our CA home the key was having someone we could trust. So, without hesitation we contacted Craig. Remodeling our secondary home was made worry free and painless by Craig, Theresa Willie, Corney, and the entire Generations West team. And, I am a worrier so that says a lot for Craig and his team. We found ourselves being able to make decisions that would have otherwise required an unscheduled trip through conference calls and on on line sharing of data and photos. When we were in town appointment were made and handled timely and efficiently. Craig, Theresa, and Corney were our primary contacts, however, the entire team of people supporting our project were fantastic. When we were in town to see the progress regardless of who was there at the time we arrived at the house we were met with total professionalism and respect of our needs. We would highly recommend Craig and Generations West Construction. They listened to and captured our wants and needs and then worked with us to accomplish it all within our budget. “Over the last two years, Desert Design Builders has completed two beautiful, extensive remodels for us, converting our home from a 30-year bland style to a very up-to-date, open and functional style. The projects included converting an enclosed kitchen to a big open great room, taking an 300 square foot atrium and creating an open “centerpiece” room, updating lighting, replacing window treatments, replacing all interior and exterior doors, and designing cabinetry closet organizers and laundry closet area. Wally was extremely personable and worked collaboratively with the homeowner and his professional “crew” of sub-contractors, whom all have a long-standing relationship and respect for him as the general contractor. Wally and all the subs were reliable, kept the premises as tidy as possible, and were quick to offer recommendations along the way. Our fantastic results were definitely due to the teamwork, ability and craftsmanship of all involved. Consequently, we are in the planning stages for our third remodel (bathrooms and patio) with, of course, Desert Design Builders!”

“Sunterra has done several projects for our residence in Bermuda Dunes. A bathroom remodel, addition of a laundry room, and a backyard remodel that included addition of a patio and garage, a barbecue, pool remodel, and sport court. All contractors were skilled and did high quality work. Darrin has broad knowledge of building and styles, and has many helpful ideas.
