“James Cawley Construction totally renovated a 3300 square foot contemporary home for us and added a large garage that worked beautifully with the design. We constantly get compliments on this house! James is brilliant, hard-working, and has good communication skills. He always answers phone calls and texts. James Cawley and his project manager are on good terms with Sarasota’s permitting office so that process goes smoothly. They also know everyone in town, getting us a fabulous designer, Rick Arieno. “Joseph Corlett is a very knowledgeable and truly friendly granite expert who helped fix my cracked granite issue before it became a real problem. I had minor cracks on either side of my cooktop, where the cutout in the granite makes a weak spot if not supported correctly. Because the granite was not broken completely through and was stable, I knew I needed to get support for it and repair the surface as soon as possible. After searching high and low online, I came across Joe's site and because it was impressively thorough I crossed my fingers and sent an email. He emailed me back very quickly with a complete description and step-by-step instructions on exactly what to do. I was amazed. Then he received the second email I wrote, which was a large group of photos of the two problem areas. He immediately wrote back again, told me to scrap the first email because this was a much easier fix than he originally thought. The granite is fixed to perfection and it absolutely not noticeable to the eye or to the touch. There is literally zero indication that a problem ever existed. I would have brought Joe here (he is in FL and I am in Boston) to fix it, had that been needed... and he would have been willing to do so. He is so good he was sent to Maryland once to help a client who wanted (and needed) the best expert in the granite business to fix a major problem before a grand opening. My sister, who lives only an hour from him in FL now has his info, as do all of her friends. One needs to share the name of excellent people, and ladies and gentlemen, Joseph Corlett is just that. Thanks so much for all of your help, Joe! I appreciate it more than you could possibly imagine.”
