We could not have made a better choice! We’ve built before and managed the project ourselves and it was fraught with issues due to personality clashes amongst tradesmen. What should have been an exciting time in our lives was far from it. This was the reason that we went with a building company for our second build. Fowler Homes Waikato, were recommended to us by a colleague who had employed them. Joe Cattle was the best man for the job - his expertise, management and personal skills were second to none and so were the tradesmen he employed to carried out our build. Joe also has fantastic problem solving abilities which were utilized when covid lockdowns started. He still managed to keep our job on track and we didn’t have a budget blowout either. We have loved working with Joe and Shelley, and are thrilled with our new home. It hasn’t been an easy year for house building, but because of Joe’s excellent projects management, things kept moving ahead. He always kept in regular contact, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Shelley’s help was invaluable in navigating the selection of finishes, colours and fittings. The trades who worked on our build were great. They were always friendly, respectful to our neighbours and kept the site clean and tidy.
