Having decided to sell my house, the best decision I made, was to employ Janine to prepare my house for sale. From our very first contact I immediately felt a release from stress and an increasing confidence; I believed I had chosen the perfect person to guide and help me through the process. Janine attentively listened to me accessing my thinking and preferences, my current lifestyle and my ‘hates’ of home staging. This, together with her strong knowledge base, her creative flare and wide staging experiences was evident in the way the results highlighted the architecture of the home. The home was enhanced by her ability to integrate my art and favourite pieces with her quality bed linens and collections together with totally appropriate furniture and colour selection. Janine designed a partial staging to prepare our property for sale. For a very reasonable cost, Janine put the crown on the top of our interiors, her design touches transforming our bedrooms in particular to luxurious spaces. Janine's skills were recognised by our sales team who requested her details in order to recommend her to their other vendors.

We needed a partial stage of our house because we are still living Janine was prompt in answering our query and came to see us quickly. Using our furniture, but adding a lot of her props (bedding, lamps, vases, etc) she transformed our home into a very attractive, glamorous place. The estate agents were impressed with the presentation, and one said it was now "an executive home". They all thought it would be quick to sell. Our first open home is in two days, so we are hoping for a quick result. I would recommend Janine to anyone wanting to enhance their home, she is professional, friendly and very hard-working. This is a follow on from my previous testimonial. The house sold after three open homes, and the estate agent said that everyone who saw it was impressed with the presentation. We used Janine to carry out a partial staging of our home prior to it going on the market for sale. We chose partial staging for two reasons, the reduced cost over full staging and it meant we could retain our own furniture and not put it into storage.
