“Our builder sent us to see Michele at The Granite Group in Groton. We took her advise and made an appointment to see Michele. Best thing we could have done! Michele listened carefully to what we were doing (turning a little summer cottage into a simple, forever home). She selected a few fixtures, brought them together and saw what we liked. Then she explained the price ranges (high to low) and what we were getting for each. What wasn't in the store showroom, Michele looked up in her catalogs for us to see and consider. She was respectful of our thoughts and concerns, and she never pressured us into buying one fixture over another. We went back two more times for additional things we needed to change because of a modification in layout. She handled everything professionally, and was sincerely eager to see the results of our collaboration. If you are a novice in bathroom and kitchen faucets and fixtures , as we were, we encourage you to work with Michele. She will not only guide but teach you, and she will never pressure you into buying anything you are not convinced is a good solution for your needs.”

“The Ideas Tile has is all: Competitive Prices, Huge Selection, A+ Quality, and a Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff. This place is top notch. If you are considering a tile project, this is the ONLY place that you need to visit. Sure, you can shop the mega-home improvement stores. But, why bother? You are not going to get the type of service that you get from the professionals at the IDEAS TILE . I am a do-it-yourself-er. I don't like pushy sales people, but I do like helpful people who know what they are talking about. I always appreciate sincere and insightful advice on how to approach a project. She guided us through all the steps and gave us her input and expertise. “Dropped into their showroom on Johnson Ave in Bohemia and met the Kitchen Designer. She gave me a quick tour and explained the differences in quality as well as customization of each line they carried. One of the partners came to my House to measure and see the other features of the house. We discussed placement of the main features and the challenges of our layout with the desires of functionality. He gave me a card of a contractor who was familiar with my home style to discuss wall removal and pluming changes so we knew what kind of budget we were working with. We are awaiting a final estimate and timeframe from the carpenter and then onto financing. They also printed out 3 concepts and layouts for the other contractor to see what he needed to prepare for. That was excellent because my wife liked all 3 designs so whichever the contractor felt the best about is the one we went with. One design turned out to be too costly because of the drain line and us being on a slab. So far I have been impressed with Rich and his team and based on the 3 other customers that I know personally I know he seeks to insure the satisfaction of his clients.”

“Bayview designed and installed our kitchen when we were building our house about 5 years ago. We were delighted with the process from beginning to end. Our kitchen is relatively large and presented a number of design challenges. Walter was able to guide us through the alternatives and delivered a high-quality and cost-effective solution. Recently, we had an issue with one of our dishwashers. The repair person was unable to pull out the appliance to change the failed part, indicating that the opening between cabinets was too narrow. I called Bayview and I Walter indicated he would stop be to look at the situation (I think he was at our house the next day). He followed up by sending out one of his top installers to address the issue (he did so by showing me the proper procedure for removing the dishwasher and pulling it out of the opening). Walter called the next day to let me know that he would be happy to send someone out to re-install the unit after the unit was repaired if the repair person was unable to do so. In this environment it is comforting to know you are dealing with a company that will be there in the future and stands behind their work. I highly recommend them.”
