“Troy and Mick were respectful & professional while spending the better part of 8 months in our home renovating our upstairs to create a walk-in closet and playroom area, replacing our railings & bannisters, while also finishing our basement. Pricing was done on an hourly basis. Custom work was completed on a featured reclaimed barnwood wall and walnut bar top as well as the railings & bannisters.”

“A job well done under less than ideal circumstances, namely, using my materials under my direction. I needed someone with experience with Schleuter waterproof membrane and shower pan kit. I had bought all the materials and the local Schleuter dealer recommended J&C Contractors. J&C complied with all my requests with professionalism and respect. “After much searching and disappointment trying to find an interior designer, we found Brian and believe we hit gold. We hired Brian to redesign our existing kitchen and master bath. Neither of us had ever remodelled a house. We had an idea of how we wanted the areas to feel but didn't know how to make it happen. Brian asked the right questions about our family to come up with a number of different options on how we can make the best use of our spaces. He really thought of everything when it came to functionality especially for the kitchen; for us, our kitchen really is the heart of the home and not just somewhere to eat. We believe the final product that was provided will help make the remodelling process as economical and smooth as possible. Brian was easily accessible during his design process and afterward asking us the status of our project.”

“We have done 2 remodels with Potter Construction. The last was very complicated involving many engineering challenges adding a second story to a house not designed to cary the load. While difficult and with us living in the house too Potter Construction made a successfully completed our house which we get many compliments on. Many have said it does not look like an addition but looks like it has always been that way. That was a major concern of ours and a design priority. Potters design staff and crew litterally worked out a plan in and around us to give us our dream house. they are up to difficult challenges. Highly recommended.”

“Heather grasped my style and brought me appropriate choices, but not too many. She guided me to quality materials that were not too trendy. Her vendors were all complete professionals and highly experienced. She handled the install appointments so I didn't have to wait around for contractors. The finish work was impeccable. She brought the mid-century feel back to the house without letting it get retro.”

“Professional, timely and on budget. I have worked with Kim OReilly Interiors on several residential design projects within Canada and the US (many of these photos are on Kim's website). The projects have ranged from paint color, furniture and accessory selection to more technical design elements (i.e. moving walls to create a more open concept kitchen/living area) in terms of interior layout. Kim is very approachable and no-nonsense. She was respectful of our budget and timeline given at the outset of the project. Kim also knew how to work with our contractor and made sure to maintain open communication with us throughout. She has an amazing ability to honor my personal design ideas while giving them a fresh, and sometimes new, direction that makes me truly appreciate why I hired her in the first place. When I have attempted to do a project on my own in the past, I have become overwhelmed by the shear number of structural and cosmetic choices there are. In the end, Kim saved us considerable time and frustration, and I am always very happy I decided to work with Kim OReilly Interiors . I would not hesitate to recommend her.”
