“Wow Wow Wow! We cannot say enough great things about Kaveh and the entire Eskan Developer team! In addition to doing AMAZING work, Kaveh provided guidance and patience with us along the way. Our initial project consisted of a complete overhaul of our primary bedroom, bathroom, and closet. We moved walls, combined spaces and now have a dream retreat. We asked them back to do our hall bath, which looks equally amazing, and in a few weeks will be starting on our Kitchen, living and dining room. Kaveh is a perfectionist, which is awesome when he is working on your behalf! If one of the crew didn't do something to his standards, he would make them redo it until it was perfect. They brought out all the love and good energy that was possible in this house. We could not have asked for a better contractor! He and his crew were on time, dedicated, patient, understanding, knowledgeable craftsmen and just downright good people. I especially appreciated the trash detail and clean up, which is a super important part of any reno job that many contractors don't take as seriously. “A rare hem. Remodels and upgrades to a house can be so stressful that usually we put it off but that feeling completely changed when we found Modern Creation. We found a small business(confident they won’t be small for long) that takes great pride in their work and they finish in a timely manner. They were so detailed with their questions and offered options in the beginning of the job that I felt comfortable every step of the way. They cleaned up after themselves when they ended each day and were conscious that I had little kids and a dog in the house( tools, nails, sharp objects were never left out and days without a stove were left to a minimum). We love that we had access to Amir whenever we had a question and his attention to detail is very comforting. He notices everything from a drawer not being aligned right to making sure our slabs all “line matched” all the way to the inside edge of the the cabinet. Honestly, I don’t know if I would have noticed but my guests sure did. It’s been a couple of weeks since the job is done and we have zero complaints and only compliments for a job well done. Now my husband is addicted to getting more work done in the house. So far we have had our patio cover done outside(the job that started it all), our new bar addition(we wanted it to match our existing kitchen), backsplash and counter in the kitchen and pantry done. All of the areas Modern Creation has touched has become our favorite spots in the house. We look forward to our next upgrade in the house done by Modern Creation.”

“Our experience with Preferred Kitchen & Bath has been a positive one; I would not hesitate to recommend them. The interior design expertise is present where one would not find that artistic skill at a big-box type store. The planning was thorough and all details were made clear to us. There was a wide selection from which to choose. When it came time for the installation, all workers were 'first-class'. They were skilled, courteous and on time. We love the new kitchen! Also, to their credit, any details which were not quite right have been followed up addressed promptly. Many thanks to Preferred Kitchen & Bath! They are a very high-end operation.”

“Can recommend Sea Pointe w/reservation. The end result was just what I wanted...getting there was somewhat of a financial surprise. Originally, I asked that the master bath remodel be consistent w/other (3) bathrooms (Siematic cabinets, imported Spanish tile). Two walls were taken down to studs and shower stall removed. I had assumed new shower doors were included since shower was torn out and this was a remodel...it did not (+$ for glass doors). (What average home owner would know that shower doors are considered "fixtures" & "fixtures" were not included in Sea Pointe's estimate.) I had assumed that my baseboards would be tile (consistent w/my other bathrooms, as originally requested). Specific baseboard material not identified in estimate (+$ for baseboard tile). Bottom line...stand in front of your wall and identify each and every detail and make sure it is specified in Sea Pointe's est.”

“Joe and Jason Mueller were a real pleasure to work with. Joe's design sense proved extremely helpful to us. He is a visionary for making dreams come true. Jason, is a superb project manager. He was always available to answer question and or concerns. His team of sub contractors worked together like a finely tuned machine. Inspired Remodels delivered on everything that we contracted them for. In our opinion IR competitively prices their estimates. We bid our project to 3 different vendors. We choose the middle bid based on the impression that Joe left us with after interviewing him. Be assured that we never had any regrets about choosing IR to do our master bathroom. Anytime you demolish the existing room down to the studs, you expect an extended timeline to rebuild it all from scratch. IR kept this at a minimum due to the close scheduling for the rebuilding tasks. I found it extremely interesting watching the whole process of building the new shower. I took a few pictures everyday so I could reflect back on what it took to put it all together not to mention seeing the location of existing pipes and electrical inside the walls. As a whole, the sub contractors used by IR performed their jobs in an extremely high quality nature. Mark, Ulysses and unfortunately I do not remember the tile installer, delivered A+ craftsmanship and customer servicing skills. I would not hesitate to use them again. If you are thinking about engaging a contractor, Michelle and I highly recommend that you include Inspired Remodel in your selection process. You will not be disappointed”

“Just finished our kitchen remodel and its awesome! Lea worked with us and designed a kitchen based on pictures that I showed her from the website. I just love the craftsman style and all the drawers that organize all our our pots and pans. The whole process went as smoothly as possible considering we found a slab leak in week one! She had to adjust the schedule but we only lost 1 week while we took care of the leak. Lea was great in communicating with me; we texted or emailed each other so I never had a problem reaching her. All the guys who worked in the house made sure to clean up at the end of the day. I would highly recommend Lea and in fact plan on asking for her help in remodeling our bar and laundry room.”

“We hired Kevin and the Woodwork Solutions team to help us design and build a custom wall built-in surrounding our fireplace, and it turned out amazing! Not only is their work top quality, but Kevin was extra helpful in suggesting Design based enhancements that would perfectly compliment other rooms in our house.
