“Jennifer McLinko of Mise En Place was hired by myself and my husband to help us create our dream kitchen and bathroom. After several attempts by myself to create a functional design, we decided we needed help; a lot of help. Jennifer was able to take the vision that was stuck in my head and bring it to fruition. There was a lot involved in our remodel. Our house was built in 1930, so structural and plumbing issues came up. Jennifer was able to configure the design to overcome these issues and kept the design true to what we wanted the final product to look like. She was able to incorporate the functionality I needed with the design I wanted in both rooms. We are very pleased with our new kitchen and bathroom. And all of our friends that saw both the original kitchen and bathroom as well as the new and greatly improved kitchen and bathroom are amazed at the transformation. We couldn't have done it without her creativity and design skills. We highly recommend Jennifer and Mise en Place Design for anyone's remodeling needs.”

“We have done 2 remodels with Potter Construction. The last was very complicated involving many engineering challenges adding a second story to a house not designed to cary the load. While difficult and with us living in the house too Potter Construction made a successfully completed our house which we get many compliments on. Many have said it does not look like an addition but looks like it has always been that way. That was a major concern of ours and a design priority. Potters design staff and crew litterally worked out a plan in and around us to give us our dream house. they are up to difficult challenges. Highly recommended.”

“Manuel is a true professional. The way he blended the new plaster with our home's old plaster after installing a window is so impressive. No one can tell. He is great at what he does. He's done extensive work on our house. It turned out well. You can tell he and his team care a lot about workmanship. They are so happy while they work and have an amazing work ethic. I definitely recommend working with Manuel.”

Little unforeseen events in the project did not impact their timeline for completing tasks in the bathroom remodel. The additional work that we asked them to do was well done. “Topham Home Renovations has done two remodel projects for us at our Holly home south of Seabeck WA. In 2020 Craig and his crew remodeled our kitchen. They took it down to the studs , moved wallls and doorway, all new cabinetry and tile on walls, replaced flooring throughout the kitchen, dining and living rooms.. In 2022 they remodeled our master bath, taking it down to the studs and building a bigger shower, with glass enclosure , heated floors, tile on walls and floor and put new flooring in the master bedroom. We love their work. They were a friendly , reliable, and competent contractor. We used a designer, Mise En Place for the kitchen. The master bath was a Craig taking all my ideas and design choices and making them into a beautiful space.”

“I’ve worked with this team through 2 bathroom remodels. First our master bathroom which consisted of moving all plumbing, tearing down walls and even building walls. Our master bathroom turned out beautiful. Ken and his team worked fast and were very communicative during the process even with last minute changes. Secondly, our basement bathroom had a flood and we decided to work with Ken and his team again. We moved plumbing, torn down walls, added new walls and our bathroom is amazing and it was completely so quickly. I appreciate not only how fast the team worked, but how involved in the process we were. From lighting, to switches, to hanging up the towel bar, we were always involved to make sure it was done right. We even asked the team to help with some lighting changes downstairs and adding a fan to our upstairs bathroom and they happily made time for us to make it happen. I 100% trust this team in my home and to care for my home as if it were their own. Glad I found them as we will always give them a call for our future projects.”

“Tim designed our kitchen. It turned out much more efficient, looking beautiful, and with more storage than our previous older 1940's kitchen. I liked several of his suggestions, one example is the sink he recommended; I love. I also liked his idea of putting pots and pans in a drawer next to the stove. Never thought I'd like that but I really do. It works. When he heard that I was not happy with the counter-top, he pro-actively called the company to get it fixed. Overall, I think Phinney Ridge Cabinets provides great service.”
