“We just had our second baby, and we wanted to convert some awkward space in our house into a small third bedroom. Coram's guys came in and took care of everything. They were friendly, professional, and they made sure we were happy with everything. They put in two walls, a door, moved a vent for some airflow, and put the crown molding up. They left the area clean, too, which was a huge plus. Was totally worth it, and now our baby has a quiet place to sleep! Super happy with the job they did.”

“Wendy Wilson did the design of my major home remodel that included the removal of a load-bearing wall, a room addition, and extensive remodeling of existing spaces. She listened to my ideas, added her design expertise, and developed the plans. She was a pleasure to work with, always focusing on what was important to me and what was consistent with the quality I was looking for. Her design ideas were fantastic for my project. She helped me interview contractors, and each one we talked to praised the completeness and quality of her drawings. She ushered the project through the design approval process with the city, so all I had to do was go pay for the building permits. She assisted me in the oversight of all phases of the construction. I'd hire her again in a minute, and highly recommend her services. I now truly love my home for the first time since we bought it in 1974.”

“We found Concept last year and they met with us and provided great 3D drawings and a complete schedule with costs for our 300 sq ft addittion off of our master bedroom. Started late June and now everythong is finally complete and signed off. After months of hard work and patience our home is finally back and beautuful! the addition has opened up so much for us and our is huge now! We cant say enough great and wonderful things about this team! When your dropping almost 6 figures down for a home remodel hire only the best. We got a great deal.”

“After 5 years of saving, I finally decided to remodel my home. I had to have my master bathroom done a specific way, because I've always had a vision of "the perfect bathroom". I called Progressive Builders see what they had to offer. They gave me a very reasonable estimate for what I asked for. They also answered my all questions and gave me no hassle at all. I wish that more companies were like this. They were very patient with my every request. It was a pleasure working with Progressive Builders. “Just finished our kitchen remodel and its awesome! Lea worked with us and designed a kitchen based on pictures that I showed her from the website. I just love the craftsman style and all the drawers that organize all our our pots and pans. The whole process went as smoothly as possible considering we found a slab leak in week one! She had to adjust the schedule but we only lost 1 week while we took care of the leak. Lea was great in communicating with me; we texted or emailed each other so I never had a problem reaching her. All the guys who worked in the house made sure to clean up at the end of the day. I would highly recommend Lea and in fact plan on asking for her help in remodeling our bar and laundry room.”

“I recently had my kitchen/bathroom remodeled by regal. I have nothing but good things to say. They added an island to my kitchen and installed new counter top/cabinets. My house needed a lot of work because it was built in the sixties. I met with asaf and fell in love with the 3D design because it was my vision. He understood the modern approach I wanted for my kitchen and bath. He helped me chose the right tile and color scheme. Very nice crew and finished quickly.”
