Bathroom refit and kitchen remodel. Initially very positive but became more fraught as time progessed. Range hood was incorrectly fitted and damaged ceiling at the time and more damage from service technician later coming to fix it. Ceiling was scratched up by electrician and instead of repaint it was patched which is clearly obvious. Have similar problem with plasterwork which is bowed in places, bathroom paint is cracking and looks like the architraves are coming unstuck. Plug for oven won't stay down without blue tack. Sealant on splashback has come away twice- fixed once by them and now gone again. We had to get new fittings for the toilet seat which would slide from side to side. At the time of installation boss was upset and accused us of losing the toilet seat/breaking it. Then he accepted it wasn't us ( but replacement parts were clearly not aquired as since we purchased more fittings it hasn't moved. Very disappointed at the results.

The Building Company from Hell. A simple bathroom renovation that should have taken 3 weeks turned into a year long saga, unqualified tradesmen ( like 6 different plasters for only 4 sheets of Gib board) come and look at the job, its all here for you to view. After finishing the tiling it had to be gutted and done again with a qualified tiler who did a fine job. The wardrobe shelf is a site to be seen with a sagging shelf that needs urgent attention and was supposed to have support when it was built. It cost $1700 to fit this shelf, charged $70 to screw bathroom cabinet that I screwed back on wall!!, the list goes on and the bad non Tradesmen clowns workmanship can still be viewed. Unbelievable!!
